God answered:

Beloved Chetan, first of all, you write with love in your heart for mankind as a whole. I applaud you.

At the same time, there are some presumptions here. You believe in your presumptions. You accept your presumptions as if they are fact. You do not question them. You do not even consider looking at them any other way for even one moment. So is the world.

What is a fact is that the whole world seems to share your assumptions. And these presumptions or assumptions are judgmental.

Everyone on Earth is sure that an earthquake is terrible. It looks terrible to you. You and all human beings on Earth are not philosophical about what occurs that you wish would not. Earthquakes certainly seem to create terror. And you are sure that earthquakes and death and such shake-ups are tragedies.

They look like tragedies, and people cry, and you are convinced it is a tragedy. An earthquake comes as a shock, not just a surprise, and so it is called a terrible thing, a tragedy of great magnitude.

The death of one person, even when expected, to those who love this person, it is a tragedy. No doubt, death is hard to fathom. When has death, as viewed in the world. ever been anything but a terror? A loved one (or even you) is whisked away. Everyone argues with death. You would debate it. How do you not know that death is a blessing?

I do not tell you that you have to see differently and feel differently. You cannot turn your tears on and off as if you had a spigot to turn. Nor do I tell you that a belief system has to be undone at the bat of an eye.

Your suffering from an earthquake heaped upon innocent people, even when you are not personally involved, feels real, looks real – your heart aches just the same as if it were real, and you are convinced that earthquakes are bad and lack redeeming qualities.

The crux of all suffering is that you believe in loss. You do not know how to unbelieve in loss. There are so many kinds of perceived loss, perhaps a limitless list. Everyone is afraid of loss unless it is loss of a headache or acne or overweight.

Young children make a game of perceived loss. They practice loss when they play peek-a-boo. The thing with peek-a-boo is that the perceived loss is not true. With your eyes covered, something that was there no longer appears to be there. It is temporarily just hidden from view.

Peek-a-boo has a happy ending. Once hands are taken away from the eyes, or the sister or brother come out from behind a tree, the child discovers that what seemed to be gone was really there all the time. And the child laughs.

You would give up the sense of loss if only you knew how.

Please understand that I know what I say is not making what you call a tragedy any less of a tragedy to you and everyone else. Of course, I know that. May someone find some comfort in what I say. I speak with all the love in My heart, and that is considerable.

There is also the statement I have made that there is no cause and effect. This simply is not your experience. When you have a fork you are holding up in the air, and you let go of it, it will drop to the floor.

If there is Infinity, and, in Reality there is no past or future or time whatsoever, there is an Infinity of Existence. Being does not break up into time or experience or cause and effect.

If We wish to talk about the accepted reality of life in the world and that something caused the earthquake and heartache and loss of lives, property, and the world in Nepal as it was known, then We could say that the world in Nepal was filled to bursting with the entire consciousness of everyone in the world.

All the hot air burst in Nepal at that time the way a nail’s making a hole in a tire would make the tire burst. The whole world did not explode. The hot air burst through in one location. An earthquake is like a safety measure.

It is not a new thought that everyone is responsible to everyone for everything. Remember that responsibility does not mean blame. Erase blame.

An earthquake helps people to think twice. With enough love given and received on Earth, so much hot air will not arise. We can call anger and accusations and put downs of others as fostering hot air. Don’t rail against the world. Lift it. Love it. Have and give happiness.

Through the desire of human hearts to help their brothers and sisters, earthquakes also bring people together. Love and courage grow, and Oneness is on the rise.

Beloved Chetan, you who so graciously asked this sincere question for the benefit of all, you also saw the possibility that there do not have to be earthquakes. I ask you and everyone to keep looking for greater possibilities.

Greetings Dear Ones,

We observe that all is proceeding according to schedule, and most of you are beginning to recognize and experience the new and powerful energies of transformation.

Everyone’s experience may well be different, so try not to compare yours with what you may read or hear regarding the spiritual experiences of another. Every person is unique by virtue of having lived different experiences through many lifetimes, finally arriving at their present state of consciousness.

You are clearing the residue of hundreds of lifetimes lived in ignorance and no one person is exactly the same as another.

Most of you are now beginning to see and experience the world from a higher dimensional viewpoint which is manifesting as new ways, forms, and ideas of those things you are already familiar with. The reality (Divine Idea) of everything in the outer world always remains present and infinite in Divine Consciousness. Spiritual evolution allows you to interpret and manifest these Divine ideas on new and higher levels.

An example could be how the three dimensional world views death. Death means complete obliteration to those believing there is nothing beyond one lifetime, except the slight chance of a heaven or hell based on how “good” a person was. Thus, death to them is something to be feared and avoided at all costs.

Those of a more illumined consciousness, who realize there could never be real death, are somewhat free of this intense fear and anxiety. There is always some sadness with parting, but none of the terror and resistance born of ignorance.

Death is recognized to be a transition, not an ending – a part of everyone’s evolutionary journey on Earth, often welcomed by those tired and ready to go home. The Divine Idea here is Omnipresence. You, as expressions of the Divine, always will be…place is of no importance.

Soon you will begin to see changes within governments and law, for the consciousness of mankind is rapidly awakening and ready to reclaim personal powers ignorantly surrendered over lifetimes. More and more people are beginning to realize that they are not powerless and this change of the inner will in turn manifest as changes in the outer.

The continuous clearing of old energy is not meant to go on forever, and many of you are now moving into a time of creating. Because you are beginning to accept that you are indeed powerful spiritual Beings, your thoughts and words are manifesting more quickly.

As you now move into a more evolved state of consciousness, most of the old programming from lifetimes of ignorance that served to block your ability to consciously manifest has dissolved, or is in the process of dissolving.

Arise Dear Ones, and remember who you are. It is time to claim your Divine sonship, being ever mindful of how you speak and think, for you are Creators.

Note how some individuals who are experts in certain areas of medicine or science through intense study, research, and belief, often discover these very issues manifesting in their own families or themselves. Every billboard, ad, or announcement regarding some campaign to fight a disease or condition serves to materialize it more firmly in the belief system of all who read it and thus manifest more of it.

When an individual is enmeshed in the human belief system of duality and separation, their lives reflect some good and some bad. Painful life lessons are often a part of a soul’s pre-birth contract in order to resolve some karmic issue or learn some needed lesson, but three dimensional experiences can also be impersonal, simply reflecting a state of consciousness that accepts two powers.

Man was not meant to slip so deeply into three dimensional density, but you are completing the hard work necessary in order to move beyond it and are doing a fine job. A job that required lifetimes of often painful experiences necessary for building courage and strength. Remember this fact whenever you are tempted to believe yourself to be a failure in any way, for in reality there can be no failure – only learning experiences.

It is difficult to move beyond popular thought until Truth becomes an attained state of consciousness at which point much of the three dimensional belief system begins to simply lose its relevance and power over you. You see and hear the same things as everyone else, but you no longer react in the same way.

Those of you reading these messages are quickly moving into a consciousness able to discern Truth where the world sees discord and are beginning to instinctively recognize what is hype and promotion for the financial benefit of a few. You are learning to see the world with new eyes and live out from a higher awareness of what is going on around you. Because of this, you are helping to shift the world consciousness to new levels.

Look back a few years to your lives at an earlier time, Dear Ones, and you will quickly realize how far you have come in very a short time. Just a few years ago, you might have jumped on the band wagon of many popular three dimensional beliefs – those same beliefs you clearly see differently today.

You are awakening, and remembering who you are – coming to realize that you no longer need to seek, beg, or plead from some “pie in the sky” God for the good you have sought in vain for lifetime after lifetime.

Rejoice, for you have finally found IT where IT has always been – within – patiently and lovingly awaiting your recognition.

Beloved Family of Light, in this past period of your Ascension Journey you have experienced an intense time of change, with Eclipses and Equinox shifts creating much tumult in your lives. Many of you may feel that you are adrift in your own lives, and not sure of where to turn. You may well be awakened and on your spiritual journey in a conscious and enlightened way, and yet still feel that you do not really understand why the Earth is in so much chaos and why things could not be easier.

Indeed, Beloved Family, times of major change and transition are never easy on your Earth, but especially now. Never before has the Earth been through such a huge change with so many incarnated souls who are all co-creating this change together. Yes indeed, that is the nature of the Fifth Dimension, that you all co-create and make choices together to create another Reality. Some of you are awake and doing this in a conscious way, but many are still in the "sleep" state and are making their choices without consciousness and based on old energies and patterns. This is why there is so much chaos and confusion. Those who are still making the same unconscious choices are finding that these choices are not leading them to places that they want to be, and they are becoming angry and anxious. They seek to make new choices and discover the New Reality, but are still searching.

You, on the other hand, are conscious and you can see that the shift that needs to happen in each incarnated being is to move from the ego/mind to the Heart/Soul as the center of their being and life on Earth.

This sounds easy enough, but why is it so difficult for so many? Well, this is because over the recent period of your evolution the mind has become the strongest part of most humans and their world. The mind controls perception and creates continuity so that life can be experienced as a "story" that is continuous in a rational way and "makes sense" to the mind. When things happen that don't seem to make sense or to fit into the story, the mind is always able to smooth things over and create a story that explains why things happen, based on the ideas of cause and effect in a continuous timeline. However, as you wake up you begin to see that there are many timelines and many stories, all being told and enacted simultaneously in your reality, as souls create and co-create.

This leads to confusion, as the mind seeks to unravel the chaos and find "truth". The truth is, Beloved Ones, that the mind can never find truth, for truth belongs to the Heart and the Soul. It is only here that each Being will find what they seek as truth.

What is happening in this period of transition is that your mind seeks to hold on to the dominance of the story line and truth of its story, and does not want to let go. There is a deep fear that when the mind lets go of its ownership of "truth" then everything will break down. This is the premise of your field of "psychology". However, we would say that when the mind "let's go" and allows the Soul to step in, the there is another perspective on Time, Space and Reality that liberates each being to experience life at a higher level of consciousness and in harmony with the Heart and Soul. A New Dream and a New Reality is born. You begin to see and experience things that were not seen and felt before, because they were hidden by the filters of the mind. The veils are lifted and you truly see what is before you!

In this new way of being, the mind continues to be a part of the story of Reality Creation, but it does not dominate and control. It becomes the "story teller" that weaves the stories of the Heart and Soul into manifestation without needing to dominate, control or be important.

Integrating the Fourth Dimension : Adventures in Time/Space

In the old third-dimensional world and reality, it was easy for the mind to create narratives and stories that were linear, and that had satisfactory beginnings and endings on this linear continuum. The Ego Mind was always happy with the way things developed and could be explained in a linear and developmental fashion.

But, Beloved Family, with the shift of the Earth to the Fifth-dimensional grids of light, and the shift of consciousness, you began to wake up to the reality of that fluid and flowing dimension of Time/Space that we call the Fourth Dimension. This is where the concept of "time" is created on time spirals and timelines, and where time is not linear and continuous, but spiral and circular, discontinuous and magical depending on the skill and direction of those who create.

This perception of time as something that is self created and that goes beyond the linear demands of daily life at this point is something that the mind feels it needs to resist. Why? For if the mind accepts this perception of reality then all its careful constructs and stories will come crashing down. Yes indeed. But in their place, the Soul will step in with a magical and miraculous perception of reality that allows you to co-create a New Reality and a New Space on your own timelines, without judgment, blame, karma or any of the other negative side effects of the old reality creation.

When you shift into the Fifth-dimensional grids and Higher Consciousness, you open the way for your Soul to show you the nature of a new Reality, where the Soul sees life from a Galactic or Quantum perspective. Life is not linear and it is not finite! In the realms of the Soul, life is infinite and continues on many different arcs or spirals, some simultaneous in different or parallel timelines and universes.

From this Soul perspective, which centers in the Heart, you understand that Creation comes through and out of Divine Love. You understand that all things flow in and out of manifestation according to a Divine Plan or Act of Creation, and that change and transformation are the nature of life itself. You are able to move through times of discontinuity and ending with equanimity, because you perceive that endings are always followed by new beginnings. You feel no need to blame anyone or anything, you simply accept the ending for what it is and look forward to the next creation of light.

From your Soul and Heart, Beloved Ones, you will feel a deep sense of Acceptance and Peace as you allow the flow of Divine Creative Intelligence to move through you as a Creative Force, allowing you the joy of making choices and spinning creation on a new and higher level of experience.

The Multi-Dimensional Narratives of the Soul

Beloved Ones, when you shift way from the idea of a "continuous" history and personal story, you begin to perceive that the Soul is multi-dimensional and exists on many levels. It's narratives are in the past and the future and in the present moment, which is the point of origin.

The Soul is the Galactic Voyager and the Diamond Story Teller. It spins the Diamond Light of Creation into a multitude of colors, lights, experiences and stories. It is your delight, Beloved Ones, to work with the Soul and to spin these stories and songs into manifestation on your Fifth-dimensional New Earth.

The month of May will give you many opportunities to loosen the hold of the Ego Mind and align with the creative impulses of the Soul and Heart, and express yourself in a new way.

As you harmonize your Heart and your Light Body with the incoming Diamond Codes or Creation Codes that are contained in the Galactic and Solar Light Transmissions from the Divine Heart and the Councils of Light, you will feel "inspired" to start creating your life as a work of Divine Inspiration. You will seek to harmonize with the music of your Soul and of Spirit and live in this Light.

As you make this transition, you may feel some uneasiness and pain in the Solar Plexus area. This is the part of the body that represents the Ego MInd, and as the mind releases its hold on your reality and lets go, many old patterns that cause pain are being released. These releases may be experienced as physical pain in the digestive system, where experience itself is "digested", or as anxiety, insomnia and bad dreams. The best way to work with this is just to breathe deeply and allow the Diamond Light to dissolve all old patterns of reality and stress that you no longer need in your life. Make space for more Joy and Love and Abundance. Make space for Dreams and Creativity!

The Soul has many songs to sing and stories to tell, and is waiting for that moment when you become a Galactic Story Teller, a Star Dancer or a Singer of Celestial Music, and when you ground these creations into your life on Earth. As you open to this Higher Consciousness, you will fill with the Golden Light of the Christ Consciousness and the Brilliant White Light of the Diamond Codes. As you move closer to your Soul, you begin to experience the Brilliant Center of the Heart of All That Is, which is the Home of the Soul. Here, in the Diamond Light you experience Silence and No Time, you experience Cosmic Love and Divine Multi-patterned Light, you experience Deep Peace. And then, you bring these back into your Heart and you sing dance and write them into manifestation in the "story" that is your life!

So, Beloved Ones, as you meditate or simply sit in silence, ask your mind to gently release its hold on your reality creation and allow the Soul/Higher Self to be a partner and to lead your reality creation. Breathe in the Diamond Light and the Diamond Codes and fill your Being with the essence of Divine Light and Peace.....and create your Life as an Adventure of Love and Creativity!

Constant Conscious Connection

Dear Arcturians,

I am ready to receive your message.


Yes, Suzille, thank you. In fact we wish to thank YOU and all your many readers who have followed us through out the many years since the early 1990’s. We know that all of you have had to wait, and wait, and wait, for us, the Galactics, to come directly into your reality. We understand how many of you have become frustrated and confused that we have not, yet, landed.

However, Gaia is a free will planet. Therefore, there must be a “majority consensus” before we can begin our landings. Also, we have to know that it will be safe for the humans and for Gaia. As you may know, there are still many beings wearing humanoid form that have conspired against our landing.

These impostors have been selfishly controlling your world at great expense to the physical body of Gaia, as well as to the physical body of anyone who would rise against them. Then, many humans were fully brainwashed by the dark ones, and refuse to believe that there are civilizations beyond Earth.

Many of these humans are so very overwhelmed by daily survival, that the thought of re-structuring their entire world is terrifying. The dark ones created businesses, jobs and global events that kept these people on “survival mode,” so that anything outside of working hard, and having some fun, was the only life they could imagine. There are also many brave ones who were killed by the dark ones for daring to tell the truth to the people of Earth.

Of course, the brainwashing programs, as well as the poor educational systems that were deliberately started by the dark ones, have kept many humans within the “survival mode” of just barely making it through each day. You see, our dear friends and family on Earth, you have been fighting a hidden war for your right to know the truth of the real conditions on Earth.

Fortunately, there are the many brave and awakened humans who search for information and meditate on a regular basis to commune with us. These awakened humans continually try to spread the truth in whatever manner best suits their awareness and personality.

We are very pleased to inform you that this later group of awake and aware ones wearing an earth vessel is greatly expanding. We say, “wearing an earth vessel,” because YOU, the members of this group, have become, and are increasingly becoming, aware of your higher dimensional expressions of SELF that are also serving on our Starships and in the higher dimensions.

Because of this increasing awareness, you realize that your earth vessel is merely the lowest dimensional expression of your multidimensional SELF. Therefore, you are “wearing” your body rather than “being” your body.

You, our beloved emissaries of light, have remembered that you have uncountable expressions of your own lifestream in many octaves of reality. Therefore, “you” cannot die. However, you may choose to temporarily or permanently “check out” of your lowest, densest, expression of being—your human earth vessel.

Sadly, there are also many of you serving the cause of TRUTH who have had to unwillingly release their earth vessels because they were discovered by the dark ones. These brave warriors have not “died.” They have merely surrendered their earth vessels and return Home for some much needed R and R.

We remind you all of this fact today because we want you to know that you are NEVER alone. We, your galactic family, are ALWAYS with you, even if you not consciously aware of that fact. We also remind you that we are focusing our attention on escalating the educational process of our ground crew, as inner knowledge is inner power.

All of the dangers of which we have just spoken are small compared to the most common danger, which is forgetting your SELF. When you forget your alternate, parallel, multidimensional SELF who serves on our Starships, fifth-dimension Earth, Venus and myriad other locations, you become trapped in the myriad illusions of the 3D Matrix.

Fortunately, that lowest frequency of Gaia’s “inhabitant matrix” is dissolving. We use the word dissolving, which means: disappearing, breaking up, formally closing, ending of legal relationships and/or simultaneously fading out and in. We instructed Suzille to look (those) “dissolving” up in your dictionary so we could define the process in human terms.

We will now address the last definition, which is “simultaneously fading out and in.” This term in your dictionary is exactly how you, our dear ones wearing earth vessels, are experiencing your process of transmutation back into your true SELF.

Your initial “return to SELF” is with your consciousness. Therefore, the frequency of your consciousness simultaneously fades OUT of 3D limitation and IN to 5D freedom. As you are aware, when you are meditating, being creative, enjoying your friends and family and loving life, your fade IN to your remembrance of your higher dimensional expressions of self.

When this occurs, you realize that you are in constant contact with us. At first this awareness may only fade in briefly, than quickly fade out because you are still thinking with your 3D brain. Your 3D brain is unable to understand seemingly opposite actions, such as in or out, occurring simultaneously.

Life on the physical plane is so very challenging that more than “one thing at a time” is often overwhelming. The key is the word “time.” When you think third dimensionally, you are bound to the concept of TIME. On the other hand, as your consciousness expands into the fifth dimension, which we perceive that more and more of you are experiencing, you are able to be aware of simultaneous actions occurring within the same NOW.

You are able to take this leap of thinking because you are increasingly thinking from your fifth dimensional consciousness. When you consciously think from your fifth dimensional state of consciousness, your entire perception of reality alters. First, and foremost, you KNOW that you are actually communicating with your higher-dimensional galactic and celestial family.

Once you have established a CONSCIOUS communication with us, your life will totally change. We wish to remind you that EVERY one of our ground crew is already in constant communication with us via your fifth dimensional states of consciousness. In fact, you are able to check in with us as easily as you can call a friend on your phone. Actually, it is easier because our line is never busy, and we will always answer your call.

Once you are conscious of this constant connection with your higher dimensional family, you will become aware of your true “Lightbody SELF” that exists within the core of your earth vessel. Simultaneously, you will be fully aware of your galactic and celestial family with whom you are in constant contact.

It is this “constant contact” that is simultaneously fading in and out. This contact with your SELF is fading into and out of your awareness because you are simultaneously fading into and out of your higher states of consciousness. From your fifth dimensional state of consciousness you are infinitely in constant contact with your SELF. However, from the simultaneous perceptions of your third dimensional consciousness, you are fading into and out that connection.

You never stop being fifth dimensional, but a difficult situation in your 3D matrix can distract you from that constant awareness because it frightens you. Any form of fear lowers your consciousness into third dimensional thinking. Fear tells you, “I must address this issue because it can cause me harm.”

Even though your third dimensional consciousness may not be aware of your fear, your earth vessel is aware of it and makes adjustments on to “protect your self.” Therefore, your 3D consciousness focuses on the cause, or the feeling, of the fear while your 5D consciousness simultaneously focuses on your higher perception of the message that has frightened your 3D consciousness.

Within the situation you have a conscious, or unconscious, decision to choose which frequency of perception you wish to perceive. Both versions of reality simultaneously exist in the same NOW. Furthermore, when you are consciously aware of your own multidimensional perception, you have many choices that are NOT available to your 3D consciousness.

Your third dimensional consciousness only has one choice: Stop whatever you are doing or thinking and focus on the fear.

• Check out the fear to see if it will cause you or your loved ones harm.
• Engage in the fear to best investigate its source so that you can directly interact with or combat it.

Your human earth vessel demands this investigation because, from that third dimensional perspective, you are alone, vulnerable and constantly striving to survive in a difficult environment. Do you see why the dark ones constantly fill your news with fearful events, violence, wars and mass murders?

As long as your earth vessel is in a “state of alert,” you are easily brainwashed that this particular product, person and/or situation will save you from the great danger that they just created to keep you in the constant state of alert which lowers your state of consciousness. Do you see that vicious cycle?

However, because YOU are awakened to your SELF, you simultaneously have the option to expand your consciousness beyond the lower frequencies that are easily manipulated.

• From third dimensional consciousness, you only perceive the physical plane.
• From your fourth dimensional consciousness you can perceive the astral plane.
• From your fifth dimensional consciousness you perceive the ONE of the NOW.

Which reality do you choose to perceive?

Also, from your higher frequency's consciousness you can also perceive the lower frequency realities. Thus, from your higher frequency consciousness you can perceive all the realities of that frequency, as well as the lower frequencies of that realty. It is because of this fact, that we can easily perceive your reality, but it is still difficult for you to consciously perceive our higher dimensional reality.

Furthermore, when you shift out of “third gear” of your earth vessel that is “driving around town doing your 3D errands” INTO the “fifth gear” of your Lightbody who is zooming beyond limitation, ALL your perceptions shift into higher gear.

Imagine the difference between watching a riot or a war on your television AND physically experiencing being in that riot or in that war. That is difference between being IN the third dimension and being IN the fifth dimension observing the third dimension.

But remember that ALL of you are simultaneously in the third dimension AND the fourth AND the fifth dimension. You are ALL multidimensional beings who are simultaneously experiencing reality from myriad dimensions within the same NOW. The problem is that the while you are wearing a third dimension form, your perceptions are innately calibrated to third dimensional perceptions.

It is your primary calibration to the third dimension reality that is beginning to alter. Because you, our dear away-team, are honing IN on your 5D perceptions, you are simultaneously logging-out of the 3D Matrix. The primary rule of inter-dimensional travel is that “where your attention is, the[re] YOU are also.”

Please remember that YOU are the ESSENCE within your earth vessel. As you remember that YOU chose to inter-dimensionally travel into your earth vessel, you will simultaneously remember the primary rules of inter-dimensional travel. These primary rules are:

• YOU are a multidimensional being.
• YOU chose to enter your experience by attaching your attention on your current earth vessel.
• YOU then accompanied the “thoughts” of your attention with the “emotion” of unconditional love to enter your current reality.
• YOU then merged with that frequency of reality by entering the earth vessel that YOU chose.

This vision of reality is the core of the Mission that YOU chose before you entered your earth vessel.

However, some of you underestimated the power of illusion on Gaia within your NOW and became lost in that illusion. Fortunately, you awoke from your illusion and are NOW ready to fulfill the Mission that YOU chose before taking your present earth vessel.

Now we will tell you the best part of this adventure. YOU also remained Home in your beloved starship, planet and/or dimension. Everything in your 3D reality is being tracked, observed, facilitated and guided by your Multidimensional SELF.

We are so sorry that many of our brave volunteers had to prematurely log-out of their earth vessel and return Home. We are aware that to the 3D perceptions of those who cared for them, they died. We tell you ALL now that death is an illusion of the third dimension.

What is perceived as death on the third dimension is simultaneously perceived as a welcomed return Home to the higher dimensions. Also, once you return Home, you are NOT judged as being “good” or “bad.” We understand how very difficult it is for all of our inter-dimensional travelers to ascending Gaia.

If you fell into the darkness, or chose to incarnate into the forces of darkness and became lost, we do not judge you. You[we] love you unconditionally and assist you to heal from that experience. Once healed, those that have fallen into the darkness are wonderful sources of information about how to assist others who have been tempted, and/or brainwashed, by the darkness.

Therefore dear ground crew, as you continue with your path of ascension, which is simultaneously completed within our NOW, remember that YOU are not alone. You have chosen to place your great multidimensional consciousness into a very small and dense earth vessel to assist Gaia.

Your Multidimensional SELF already inhabits many ascended, higher dimensional bodies. We know that you, our volunteers to Earth must attend to your 3D life, as well as your Mission to assist Gaia. We want you to know that we “have your back.” Simultaneous to your current earth life, you are living myriad expressions of your Multidimensional Life.

If you were to “lose your earth vessel,” it may interrupt your mission to Earth, but simultaneously you would be returning HOME to your true Multidimensional SELF. We tell you this information ONLY because humanity's great fear is death. The beings of the darkness, the lost ones, control you with that fear.

They constantly talk about horrible diseases, which they are simultaneously creating. They try to frighten you with yet another war, which they are simultaneously creating, and they broadcast news of yet another “crazy person or group,” which they have simultaneously created.

We tell you this information NOW because those of the darkness are losing. You have refused to participate in their lies and threats, and the only weapon they have left is your own FEAR. When you remember to “be the Master over your own fear,” your consciousness expands so that you can perceive the fifth-dimensional Earth, which is NOW awaiting new inhabitants.

We conclude this message by reminding you that you can choose to remain on 3D Earth with Gaia while you simultaneously inter-dimensionally travel to fifth dimensional New Earth, your Starship and/or other higher dimensional expressions of your Multidimensional SELF. From our perception, you are doing so right NOW!

In the last twenty-four hours, I have heard the words, “hiding in plain sight” three times. Synchronicity makes a human notice.

Why am I being shown this concept? Because hiding in plain sight is exactly what lightworkers are doing.

At this moment, countless lightworkers are strategically placed across the globe, ready to awaken the wider world. We are living amidst the sleeping population, placed in prime positions to help the collective ascend.

Just think about it. Lightworkers walk amongst every culture in every town, in every age group. Consider the brilliance of this strategy. Each family has its own lightworker, often a non-conformist who feels misunderstood. This person is directly tied to every relative and is helping each member of the family, whether they realize it or not.

Each work-place has its lightworkers too, as does every communal hub. It is the same in every corner of the planet, in every neighborhood and land. We are beacons of light, and we are absolutely everywhere, working patiently and aware.

The plan is genius, and our souls have orchestrated it perfectly. We are hiding in plain sight.

We lightworkers have infiltrated the masses and remembered everything we need to know. We have remembered the LOVE that conditioning kept us from, and now we are sharing the divine truth.

And we are doing so not just through language but energetically, just by being here – just by holding unconditional love. We have worked tirelessly to clear our beings so that we can embody the fifth dimension here.

As each of us integrates the fifth dimension within ourselves, we help everyone else to do the same. As each person awakens, we stand ready to assist them and free humanity. And we do so regardless of appearances. Because even if people are unaware intellectually, energetically we are paving their way home.

As a lightworker, the trick is to not give a damn what anyone else thinks. We must serve the greater cause and not get held back by conditioning. This can be quite tricky because we have put ourselves in the center of chaos instead of staying safe along the periphery.

And we have done so because this is how we affect change. This is how we reach hearts. And it is bravery incarnate.

And so, we carry LOVE wherever we go, though few around us understand what we do. They may not even notice our efforts! In fact, they often treat us like fools.

But looking foolish has its advantages. Indeed, it is a clever gift in disguise. If we aren’t taken seriously then we get to work unimpeded. You see, while the sleeping are busy discounting us, they remain distracted and non-threatening.

This allows us to forge ahead undetected. Being misunderstood lets us serve as effective rebels with the noblest cause. It turns out that crazy is the best cloak for freeing this conditioned world.

Of course, hiding in plain sight is not easy for sensitive souls. It asks that we sacrifice so much and exhaust ourselves with work. On a daily basis, this means that we have to keep grounding the fifth dimension without getting bogged down by the third. But mastery is at our fingertips, as is joy! And right now, I can feel our wildest dreams beginning to come true.

Things are coming to fruition at last. For each of us this means that we are fulfilling our soul’s desire to integrate higher energies into our human selves. With this power, we will manifest our New Earth.

We lightworkers have spent lifetimes preparing for this time – probably millennia for many of us. Now, our preparations are done, the mission is at hand, and it is absolutely assured. Now is your time. Can you feel your soul guiding your every move?

And with your soul in charge, anything is possible. You have a power so benevolent and strong that you can change this reality into unconditional love. You can bring heaven to our beloved, generous earth.

Yes, you are the bridge between heaven and earth. This is your sacred job, and you are not alone. You are joined by legions of fellow lightworkers, and you are receiving endless support from above. Our allies are hiding in the skies, but you are a secret agent on the ground. You are a rebel leader, headquartered in the thick of it all, helping us to ascend.

The truth is that you are a master rediscovering yourself, fulfilling your greatest dreams. And you are exactly where you need to be at exactly the right time. And you will fulfill your mission perfectly because you are hiding in plain sight.

Greetings dear ones. I am the Keeper of Time.

Energy Waves

I am here this day to share with you what is happening on this magical planet of yours. You are changing everything every moment and it is so magical to see. As we have mentioned, all of this comes in a wave that also recedes. Many of your difficulties occur on the wave of the energy as it comes in. Fortunately it never recedes completely like the oceans do, but somehow always manages to go a little further every time the waves come in. This is part of the new physics that will begin to make sense as you start to understand what dark energy is all about. You are right on the verge of uncovering more of your understanding about the world around you, and all of its many dimensional levels. Dear ones, there are some magical things taking place on Earth.

The Energy of the Water

We have mentioned before that there are many of what you call sink holes happening on Earth. All of a sudden, the Earth literally opens up.. The other day we saw two people get off of a bus and fall right through the sidewalk. Interesting. What causes this? Well, it is a phenomenon that is happening globally because it has to do with the currents and the energies of the water beneath the surface of planet Earth. You are going to see more of these and they also move in these waves, dear ones. That is the magic that we share with you here. When you learn about the waves and you can feel them, you do not need to know exactly when they are coming in or how to be in the best position for their arrival. You will simply start to feel the energy, and that is what you are experiencing on Earth right now.

Over the next several months you will feel a new energy, and a lot of it comes from the movements underneath the Earth. Water, dear ones, is a form of energy all its own. As you can tell, water can be transformed from one form to another but never completely goes away. In truth, the water you are drinking is the same water that the dinosaurs drank eons ago. In fact, it actually circulates through the universe in different ways and that is magical too. You will start to understand more of your own origins here on planet Earth as humanity evolves to these next steps. We are telling you all of this because the magnetism of Earth has reached a level where you will resonate with it. You will feel the magic come back.


15 Minutes of Magic

Have you ever heard that every human on Earth has their 15 minutes of fame? It is quite an interesting process to think about that. At some point each of you steps in front of the camera and has at least a few moments of fame. At time when everyone is watching, you have the opportunity to be the teacher, to impart the knowledge and wisdom that you have carried so sacredly onto this planet. You have so perfectly brought your own light to planet Earth and anchored it as such. Well done, well done. Now that is the 15 minutes of fame. What if we told you everybody will be experiencing more than 15 minutes—but of magic. That is what is returning. Are you ready, dear ones, for your 15 minutes of magic? What would you do? What would you create?

Well, this goes all the way back to the famous three wishes that you would have. Of course, as everyone knows, the only wish you would have to make is for more wishes. How simple that would be. In truth, you already have this 15 minutes of fame but it is not going to be limited to 15 minutes. There is another wave coming in, dear ones, and almost all humans are in a position to feel this in a new way. Now, when someone feels their magic it is especially important to have them ground their magic through their actions, speech, belief systems, teaching and so forth.

Now what is happening is that all humans will be feeling this magic in beautiful ways. Now you have capabilities of igniting the collective heart of humanity globally, which has never happened to this degree before. You realize that many times you are now more aware of the events that are taking place in your world. You basically have given the credit for that to your technological advances on Earth. But in reality, it is your own spiritual and vibrational advances that allow that technology to land on planet Earth and to find its way into your life. So, whether you take credit for it or whether you pass the credit on, it makes no difference; you will feel it.

Are you ready for 15 minutes of magic? What would you do to extend that? What would you create if you could have anything? These are the times to seriously think about them and of course, all of you are right away going into your beliefs in limitation. It is natural. You live in a field of duality where you only see things as light and dark so, of course, you will see the limitations. What are the limitations?

The Redistribution of Water: Update

First of all, you think you only have 15 minutes. There is a limitation right there, is it not? The reality is pretending that is all you have, and living as if 15 minutes was your full incarnation of that magic. Now you will see that the Earth is also re-balancing herself. We have spoken of this at great length over many years, sharing that the Earth has been wobbling ever so slightly so she had to form a new balance. This has been done, dear ones, through the re-distribution of water that you see so clearly on your Earth. The reality is that you see this as excess rainfall, or quite often as flooding. We have shown you areas of the Earth that will be most affected by this, and we will again share with you how to be in the best position at the right time wherever you are. Most of the re-distribution of water has been done on the surface of the Earth. It is now starting to take place in the subterranean parts of the Earth, such as in many of the rivers that you do not even know are connected.

Now this is very important for all of you because, quite honestly, your oceans are reaching a level of pollution that is of great concern. It all has to do with particles of plastic and other pollutants. All oceans are connected, so your pollution and even Fukushima is bringing all this energy into the water of the oceans. Since the re-distribution of water mostly came from the evaporation of the oceans, it is now possible to redistribute fresh water underground. That is an advancement. Now, will you see difficulties with this? Well, we told you that you were going to see an enormous amount of sink holes and they will not always have explanations. Suddenly you see a house and the next moment it will be gone. You will see more of this in varying parts of the world, not just where they are doing what you call fracking, but every place.

Of course there are many places where you know the subterranean is moving and has been for many years. The state you called Florida is filled with these underground caverns and places where water has moved and sometimes has left a vacancy. As the waters begin to rise on planet Earth, these vacancies will fill with water. These will change in many ways, dear ones, which is the reason we wanted to have another opportunity to walk you through what is coming so that you can take part.

Now, this is so beautiful to us. Many of the pieces that you have been told in the last round of Earth changes have started to shift ever so slightly. This proves to us one thing: if you give a group of very powerful creators on Earth a focus to come together for and work with, you will change your planet. You will change the evolution of humanity and your social environments, because you will start to see that you are all connected. You will stop putting this separation between yourselves that has been happening for so long. This has created the opportunity for you to play this game pretending to be separate from each other, and now here you are at this magical point about to catch this magical wave.

Look for your 15 minutes—not of fame, dear ones, but of magic where everything seems to come together. And when you find that 15 minutes of magic simply extend it because you are magic, are you not?

The Beginning of a New 26,000-Year Rhythmic Cycle

You are learning a little bit of what is ahead, and this is very important. Are there challenges coming? Of course there are. You are very well aware of the planetary cycles that have been moving forward, but we also tell you of the larger rhythms and that is the piece that Elrah has brought in. You are beginning a new rhythmic cycle; it is a 26,000 year cycle and you are at the beginning of the opening of this cycle at this moment. You had to clear all the aspects of the past, letting go of many of those old pieces in order to step forward into this new energy. There simply is no room for vibrational disharmony. You must be in integrity with your heart and as you do that, a new world opens. That is the only thing that is necessary for you to activate and put into use your magic. Are you ready to do so?

What if we turn the spotlight on you and say, “Here are your 15 minutes. What will you do with it?" Well, that is pretty close to what will be taking place and we hope you enjoy every part of this. You deserve to be happy. You are not only on this planet just to strive and work hard. You shine when you are happy, dear ones, and you send out a different vibrational pattern. That is what draws everything to you and causes the reaction of the universe to bring together all the particles that are aligned with your heart. In the old energies you used to do this with your head. It is what you have been working on, but now it is more about the heart. We are not asking you to disregard your head, to stop thinking or reasoning all together. We are asking you to start feeling with your heart first, because that is the new energy of the new world.

Leading with the Heart

Dear ones, you have progressed so many levels. At one point in your lives, it was more important than anything else simply to have physical strength. It was part of what your survival was based on as a species, to be strong and healthy. To possess a bigger life force energy meant your survival and success on planet Earth. As time moved forward, it was as if your grandparents became part of a certain paradigm and they had to work very hard. Then your parents started working smartly and the levels of humanity literally moved into the head. This originally took place long before your parents’ days. It was actually a wave of energy that came in with the philosophers and all the important ideas that had to be in place on Earth, so you could step forward to start the time clock moving in that direction. You have learned to think and be led by your head, not your heart, because your belief systems tell you that the only difference between you and the animals is that humans can reason.

Well, we hate to disappoint you, dear ones, but animals reason quite well. You simply have not learned to completely communicate with them, but you will understand more of this as you evolve. It has been very important for you to believe that you are leaders at the top of the evolutionary process. We hate to disappoint you once again, dear ones, for you are not at the top of the evolution ladder. You are evolving each individual, as well as the entire collective, which is moving at an astounding rate on planet Earth right now. We could not be happier, dear ones. You are workers of the light, for you have agreed to carry in a specific ray which you have taken responsibility to ground on planet Earth. Now more than ever before, you have moved through eras where your physical strength was important and others where your thinking ability was king. You are now moving into the heart. How much can you feel? What can you anchor here?

Dear ones, we have worked with so many humans over many years that have laid out their life’s course according to their head. They were looking for the path of least resistance, studying and analyzing every step. They put one foot in front of the other, even though sometimes it was painful because they felt the resistance of the wind of their face. In effect, they would create something and reach their goals only to find out that their heart was no longer there, which was a very sad situation. You are going to need to find that balance between your heart and your head, to move forward. The left brain is for the Earth, and the right brain for Home. Balance and carry them both, but lead with the heart.

Start first by asking what you are feeling and then lift it into your head, using the rest of the process that you have. These are new tools that can help you anchor your 15 minutes of magic. Are you ready? We are and so is the Earth. We tell you, dear ones, there are many changes still coming on Earth. You are waiting for things to settle down, but they will not be settling for a time. You have clearly stepped clearly into a new world, anchoring and bringing in your ray of light as an expression of love into this world. This is now most important.

Extending Your 15 Minutes of Magic

These are situations in which you not only reclaim your magic, but when you will help others to claim theirs. How do you extend your 15 minutes of magic? You do it by making other people around you magical. That is the key, dear ones, for many of you have come lifetime after lifetime to be teachers on planet Earth. Sometimes you have been part of a very similar wisdom, often in many separate lifetimes that took place on the line of time. In truth, now you are here for a very important reason indeed. All of the energies that you have gathered through your collective experiences on planet Earth are coming to bear. You are bringing these forward to have all of the magic at one time.

We tell you dear ones, this is the time to set things into motion for grounding your light, passion, and energy which you specifically brought from Home. It is necessary on Earth, but now it is also safe for you to do so. Before there have been many times where it was not. You will find an opening as long as you lead with your heart. Take those 15 minutes of magic and empower the others around you. Ah, that is the secret. That is the extension of everything, because you are not separate from them. They are part of you, so if you wish to extend your magic look for ways to enlighten others and empower everyone you have an opportunity to.

These are magical times on Earth, dear ones, and we applaud each and every one of you for playing this incredible game of pretending to be a human. The magic is yours and we will watch with greatness and with the most incredible love as you bask in your 15 minutes or more of magic.

It is with the greatest of honor, dear ones, that we ask you to treat each other with respect. Nurture one another at every opportunity. Play well together.

And So It Is

Suzanne Lie said something yesterday that really struck a chord of truth in me. She called this the "Now Earth" rather than the "New Earth", a term we've been using to refer to what we've been creating for the last number of years. It seems appropriate to me to call our world the Now Earth. It helps remind us that we are living in the Now - not the past, nor the future, but the NOW.

We are by this point well aware that all of our power resides in the NOW, and everything else is inconsequential. We can envision a future filled with particular experiences, but we manifest it in physical reality by living the emotions of that experience NOW. The question is, are we going to experience our fears in physical reality by focusing on them in our Now, or we going to create wonderful experiences by refusing to keep reliving our past, hurtful, experiences in our emotional Now? The choice is ours in every moment of every moment of Now.

Once again we are delighted to have the opportunity to commune with you in this manner. For we come with a message of joy, one that will be called out from the mountain tops, not just in your realms, but in ours as well. For now, the waters have parted and the risen will arise, the New will come forth and the old will fade away for never to return. The advancement of the light is such, no like has ever before been seen, and so, what you have sown, you will finally harvest. For you are the ones who brought the light to these shores, and you are the ones who will reap the benefits first. But it is also through you that the benefits will be equally distributed amongst the masses, given in equal measure to all who care to embrace it.

You see, once more it is the humble who shall rise, the ones who had no thought for greater glory, merely the humble aspiration to become ONE again. For it is this singular goal that will elevate All, as you have chosen to forgo the accoutrements of the outer trappings of fortune. For you are indeed the more fortunate ones, the ones who have chosen to be just so, the ones who have taken upon them the mantle of going against the flow of outcries, the ones who have taken upon them to go where no man has gone before, and to do so carrying merely the simplest of guidance, the one that emanates from the very core of your being.

And so, you have walked in the barren landscapes of nevermore, the valleys that seemed to be bereft of life but not of strife, the valleys that seemed to be below the level where the light could even penetrate, but you went through it all, and you emerged on the other side. Triumphant, but with an air of grace, victorious, but with the manners of the benevolent, arisen but with the grace of the humble. For you boast not of your achievements, you merely ARE them. For you are not words, you are actions through and through, and it is by your very actions that you have succeeded to climb out of the valley of darkness and into the full anointing of the light. And because you have chosen to climb thus, you have elevated ALL. For you are one amongst millions, but you are also a giant amongst the teeming multitude, the one that has parted the sea and found solid ground where before there was just sand, the one that has changed the course not just of destiny, but for the very planet on which you reside.

For you have set down your roots in the fertile soil that awaited you since you took that first step away from the darkness of the infertile landscape you once were forced to plough, and now, those roots have already sprouted some fresh new saplings, saplings that will grow to such a high stature in such a short time, all of mankind will be able to reside underneath the fertile boughs of this orchard. For the seeds you planted such a long time ago have already been fertile, for they in turn have already generated a new growth that will serve to sustain all that choose to step across that divide that you created by stepping across the old demarcation line and thereby staking claim to the brand new land. And so, where there once was no choice but to endure, there is now a choice to come alive once again, by choosing to see the choice, and by acting upon it.

And so it is it has come to pass because you came here to be the glorious ones, the ones who did not falter, but stood your ground by refusing to stay grounded in the old. And so you stepped forward with all of your being, and you ripped apart the old illusion, tore the iron curtains to tatters and stepped out into the fresh air of freedom, the land of plenty, the land of forevermore. And now, this land of plenty will become the land for all who take it into their heart that they too have a rightful claim to be a part of this grand new territory. For this is for all, but it will be for all to choose whether or not to become a part of it.

But for today, we will simply say rejoice, for yours is the freedom, yours is the landscape of wonders and joy that awaits there up ahead. And now, you have no other reason but to become the one you have come all this way to be, and we know you will all be the ones you have been destined to be in a way that will outshine the Sun and outlast forevermore. And so it is that we thank you all for being the ones who chose to become fully and truly ONE with themselves and with All, and from now on, that will be all you will ever need to be ever again. We choose to end this missive by saluting you all as the newborns, the newly re-erected ones, the ones that stood apart because they chose to do so, but the ones who stepped away from it all in order to bring it all back to where it was supposed to be. And now, you are here, and everything will follow in the wake of that first and crucial decision to say YES to be the first ones to realize the dream that is carried within ALL. And so it is, and so it will be from this day forward.

I am not a biblical scholar by any stretch of the imagination, but I have read the Bible from cover to cover. As a child I was brought up Catholic, and so we focused on the New Testament in most of our religious studies.

I remember being touched by the words that were attributed to Jesus, especially, and I paraphrase, ‘love your neighbor as yourself.’ I am pretty sure that was from Matthew. Anyway, it seemed a pretty good way to live life and so I tucked it away in my memory.

From what I have witnessed, few of us have truly loved ourselves, because society creates hooks within us that almost guarantee we reject ourselves from a very young age. Since we reject ourselves and do not treat ourselves with love, how can we possibly love our neighbors?

Society has been cunningly set up in this fashion, so that we would reject ourselves and the unconditional love that is within our heart centers. That unconditional love is the spark of our soul, and so we have been systematically trained to reject it, and thus our very Source essence.

When we reject our own hearts, we completely give over our own power.

Here in lies one of the deepest hooks in society. Create a humanity that has been taught, at every level and age to doubt self, to self-denigrate and self-abuse. How can one, from that vantage point, even understand what love means?

Since very few of us have loved ourselves, and until very recently have found little comfort even in our own hearts, we look to the external to find comfort.

Because we don’t love ourselves, we try to improve ourselves via a myriad of modalities in order to become better and thus, acceptable to God, others, and finally ourselves.

This is where the acceptance hook is planted within us. If someone accepts me, then it confirms I am a good person.

Our power has been given away to others consistently in this fashion. We have also expected others to act in certain ways in order to make us feel good, so the flow goes both ways.

This fractal of acceptance and control exists at the human relationship level, but it is also spun out into the greater reality of society. Our constructed selves group together to create constructed countries, and each vies for attention and control. The root of all this behavior is, in my estimation, a lack of self-love.

As I have evolved on my spiritual path, I really wish Jesus had said something like, mind your own business.

Think about that for a moment. Imagine just how much on this earth plane would be different if we simply minded our own business?

To me, our primary business is our relationship to self. If we all removed our energetic tentacles from outside ourselves and refocused on developing self-love on all levels, we would certainly keep ourselves busy enough.

If we stopped asking others to act certain ways in order to make us comfortable, and realized they all have their own divine right to their own life paths, the relief would be tremendous.

We would also be taking our power back from others and standing in full responsibility for ourselves and how we feel. This is the path to sovereignty.

If others stopped asking us to act certain ways in order to make them happy, we would release a tremendous amount of people-pleasing stress from our lives. It would also give them more time to walk their own divine path.

If our family, friends, neighbors, country mates, and fellow planet dwellers all decided to mind their own business and focus on themselves and their path, imagine the differences in our world! Every single war would end because you can’t have a war if countries are minding their own business.

We have all been the focus of this hook, and we have all hooked into others in this fashion. Even as we realize this tendency and begin to shift out of it, we will notice subtler and subtler levels of this hook coming up.

I have long ago supported the free will choices and paths of those I love. When I hear my family members talking about what so and so should do, I do not engage them, and I hold the space for love to flow in.

Still, when my husband stays up way past his bedtime on a weeknight, it is hard to control the urge to tell him to go to bed! If he resists my prodding to turn in, I feel irritated, because of course I know what’s best for him. Sound familiar?

Many would say this is only an aspect of love, but truly unconditional love, which we are all striving for, means love without conditions. If he wants to stay up late, then he gets to choose that as a divine sovereign free will creator being and I support his free will right and sovereign path.

When we strip it down, this is the basis of unconditional love. Support ourselves and all individuals in their divine sovereign path. No strings attached. No ifs, ands or buts.

Support, without requirements or expectations. It is freeing and very scary at the same time, because it is absolutely different than anything we have experienced prior. This is the basis for existence in the new energies.

If I wish to love unconditionally, then I take full responsibility for how I feel in any moment. Not a single condition can be placed outside of my self because then the love ceases to be unconditional.

The primary relationship with self always comes first, though society might call this selfish. This couldn’t be further from the truth. We are all here to develop a deep and unconditionally loving relationship with self, which will open the door to fully embracing all that we are, and reconnecting with All That Is.

So, I will be minding my own business from now on. I hope you will all join me in doing so, but it isn’t a requirement. You get to choose, and I fully support you in that!

You Are Not Unlovable

You ARE love. But only you can choose whether you live your life that way or not.

Here is a wonderful reminder that the only path to truly being love, as opposed to being loving, is to embrace and love oneself, unconditionally.

We are all One but we are each unique in our experience and perspective. Loving and appreciating the experience and perspective that is uniquely ours is key in our release from judging others.

All are now enveloped and overlighted in every moment by the Tsunami of Love.

No one is unworthy of God’s Love, and therefore no one is unworthy of yours! The only reason that you would withhold love from anyone is because you believe yourself to be unlovable, and to withhold love from someone is to withhold it from yourself. However, to acknowledge and be aware of that extremely painful belief about yourself is often too horrific to countenance, and so you project it outwards on to someone you can judge as unworthy of being loved.

Judgment is an aspect of the illusion to which many are enthusiastically attached. Because of the underlying sense of unworthiness that so many feel and deny, it can be very satisfying to see another’s behavior as wrong, sinful, criminal, deceitful, untrustworthy – in fact being in any way different in their behavior from your personally perceived and accepted sense of what is “normal” – judging them according to some arbitrary rules of your own making, and then righteously condemning them and enthusiastically sentencing them to what you have convinced yourselves is their well deserved punishment.

It is all too easy to find a target on to whom you can project this unbearable self-hatred – and it surely is self-hatred – because so many of you feel this way about yourselves and are constantly looking for some unworthy one doing wrong on whom you can impose a self-righteous and, of course, utterly justifiable negative judgment. Doing this helps you to feel better about yourselves because as you compare yourselves to these unacceptable others you can tell yourselves: “I am not nearly as bad as that,” or even “I am really very good.”

And in your collective fear there are very few among you who have not committed some actions that are generally perceived as crimes instead of being recognized as the desperate calls for love that thy really are. The way out of this bind or seemingly infinite playback loop is to acknowledge, look at, and release all self-judgment of yourselves as unworthy. In God’s sight no one is ever unworthy!

If you find yourselves judging others or yourselves, even if only privately, secretly in your minds, it indicates that you are in denial of your own sense of unworthiness, of unlovableness. However, once you have looked within and fully acknowledged that extremely painful state, that fearful belief and feeling that you are not good enough, you can release it and see the insanity of it, the utter invalidity of it. In that moment of awareness as you gently release it, thank it for the protection it thought it was offering you, and then intend and allow yourselves to feel the Love in which the Tsunami of Love has enveloped you.

The human condition, in which each of you sees yourself as separate from one another and from God, causes you enormous stress. Your true nature is Love, but as humans it seems that you are separated from that state and so you spend your lives seeking it, mostly in the wrong places – from your parents initially, from authority figures, from your peer group, and then very likely from another individual whom you admire and covet and whom you desperately hope will return your admiration.

To believe yourself to be separate is a most painful experience that starts at birth as you are forcefully expelled from the womb. As you grow and develop, the parental, tribal, cultural, racial, and religious rules that are imposed upon you further confirm that sense of separation because each time you break one of them and are judged wrong, and maybe shamed for doing so, it builds within you an intense sense of unworthiness thus separating you emotionally from the “good people,” those who have judged you and found you wanting. And that pain has to be buried, hidden deep in your unconscious, because it cannot be born.

When you see it spelled out like that it is quite clear that the only way out of this unhappy state is by embracing love. You all, every single human being, wants only to be loved. And there is never even a moment when you are not infinitely loved. As a human you need to feel loved because Love is your nature, and to feel unloved is effectively to die. So you keep seeking outside what you can only find within you. Love is the life force, without it you would cease to exist and that is impossible because you are eternal beings at One with Source.

Nevertheless, it seems to many of you that you do die because you have learned over the eons to identify solely with your human bodies which have, as you might express it “a rather severely limited shelf-life.” Medical science has recently succeeded in extending that bodily life expectancy, but it has also encouraged a belief that it is the only life available to you.

Over the eons unconditional love and acceptance has been a state of being that very few have experienced. However, over the last one hundred years or so, mainly as a result of the development of psychology as an approved ameliorative healing practice, the need that humans have for love has been increasingly recognized and applied, so that many young people today take it as normal – as indeed it is! – that people should behave kindly and lovingly to one another.

It is this enormous change in perception that led to the arrival of the Tsunami of Love. Previously, in earlier times, it would not have been welcomed because the general human attitude encouraged judgment and harsh punishment for wrongdoers, even for the smallest offenses. Love was talked about as being desirable but unobtainable, and therefore it was considered insane to even dream of experiencing it. You have some “leftover” expressions from those times: “You have to be cruel to be kind,” and “Tough love.” Many still believe in them! However, humanity as a whole is moving very rapidly away from that insane and truly unconscionable belief system.

Love does not condemn or punish, It offers Itself freely and constantly to all. But over the eons you have spent in the illusion, playing games of separation and experiencing the concomitant fear, judgment, and shame that it offers, you have “learned” to see yourselves as unworthy of Love and therefore find it very difficult to accept It. Feeling unloved, because you have closed yourselves off to It so that the pain of not feeling It will not be experienced, you are amazed when someone unexpectedly treats you kindly and lovingly.

This is happening more and more frequently as all are now enveloped and overlighted in every moment by the Tsunami of Love. All you need do to experience It is to open your hearts and allow It in. Intellectually most of you know that God loves you all, but deep within you lies your true knowing, the place where you can feel that Love enveloping and embracing you. By opening your hearts you learn to access that deep inner knowing and can then relish the experience of it whenever you choose. It is your God-given right, your heritage, so claim it, daily, and release all doubts about your worthiness to enjoy and experience God’s infinite Love for you.

I AM. Human.

I AM human. Gloriously, exuberantly, perfectly human. There is no better version of me. I let go of my “higher” self. I AM multi-faceted. I have lots of parts. There is one version of me, the one with an expanded view, who has decided to watch me now, joining this life I AM living. My life. The messy one. The one with me in it.

What is going to emerge at the other end of all of this is another version of me. I can call it whatever I want, time is an illusion and Oneness is truth. This means that I didn’t “start” anywhere and there are no “higher” parts of me holding wisdom I don’t yet have. It’s all me, all the time.

What I need are new words. Words to unleash my creativity in a world full of multi-billionaire light beings. What does a world with no restraints feel like? Can I imagine life without financial, spiritual, mental or physical limitation? Can I even visualize ten billion dollars? It is a one, followed by ten zeros. Those zeros, that seem to have all the power, are just a whole lotta nothing. It is the One in front of them that makes it all happen. That One would be me, the force of creation, here now to craft a world without limits.

The whole point seems to have been to drive me to the edge of insanity, waiting, wondering and miserable; only to realize no one is coming. It is done.

There are no ascended masters, galactic saviors or “higher” versions of me on the way to save me. This is my planet and I love her. I AM the Master, the One here to shift with her.

This was the trip I came for. I have everything I need. No extra attachments are required to utilize the power here. The power source is me – I’ve just forgotten how to turn myself on. I’ve done this before. Today I AM here to do it as a human. I chose and was chosen to do this. I AM not alone.

I knew before I came that I’d have to get to this breaking point before I realized the truth:

The only answer is me.

The only place to be is here.

The only time is now.

I am the only one to do it and I knew that I could; and that when the moment arrived, I would.

It is upon me now to find the new. I need words and tools that never were. That 90% of unused stuff in my brain is getting itchy. My ability to create is legion. It’s why I was chosen. I will take the crayons out of the box. I will work some magic.

Now I start happening. Now I imagine eternal vitality, relentless abundance, pervasive peace and wild joy, right alongside no traffic, great parking spots, good hair days and free concerts. Now I hold happy. Now I breathe music. Now I whisper trees. The vision I AM holding is the life I AM molding.

I AM addicted to myself and there is not a 12 step program. I wouldn’t join one if there were. Humanity is the hottest game in town. Everyone is watching and wants to join in. I AM passionately unhappy, dramatically ecstatic and violently loving. I create things just to tear them down from boredom. I run too fast, hide in corners, sing off key and gossip. The human condition is me, and I love every inch and nuance. I excite myself.

There is no better version to become. I AM here to harness my innate essence. While every single “channel” I listen to tells me how cool I AM, I continue to believe I AM supposed to be something else. These voices are reminders, nothing more or less, and I put them there. This entire life is my creation.

I was never supposed to change. The answer is not outside of me. I planned to fall desperately in love – with me. I’ve hidden my magnificence in gold, in others and in promises of more. I’ve blamed my failure on lack, on others and on outside limitation.

There’s no place else to go with this. I’ve reached part 2 – self-emergence. My emotions are the trigger and the best part of me; they fuel my human experience and create worlds. I enjoy them. I watch what happens.

I love to emote, to feel and to push beyond. The angst of my heart is the subject of every song, each story and all of my favorite movies. To dream is my birthright. I’ve grown up inside institutions and ideas that said looking out the window was wrong, wasteful even. This attempt to systematically erase my core truth has failed. I AM bigger than any method of thought.

I embrace my humanity. My emotions are the keys to my power. I only need desire and it is done. I love who I AM; I see what I want and I don’t stop until amazing happens. All contrast fuels creation.

Humans do that for each other. We supply contrast. We give each other sparks. I AM the Master and the answer to every prayer. I know what to do. The reason I haven’t seen it yet or heard it yet is because I haven’t done it yet. I’ve been waiting.

I AM the god I’ve been waiting for.

Addictions and Choices

This Spiral Journey

While attempting to write this entry for today, the second day of our Love Quest, there’s been a whirlwind of life swirling in to delay, well, everything. Please forgive the lateness of this post.

So what is an addiction? It is anything from your physical life that seems to have the upper hand. It is a physical process, being addicted. Those parts of us that are expressed non-physically have no addictions. It could even be said that without them (addictions), this 3D world as we know it to be, would cease to exist.

The movie “What the Bleep do we know?” illustrates this well, here. Perhaps addictions could be re-labelled “internally wired expectations that initiate repetitive action”. They are different for everyone.

You will see what you expect to see and respond accordingly; every bit of it as a function of your point of view.

An addiction to life and a bedroom floor to step on in the morning serves me. An addiction to sadness or fear – not so much. Both are “natural” in that the recognition of them is routine. I expect to wake up each morning after sleeping all night. This feels normal. If I expect to be broke if I lose my job – that feels normal too. Lots of people would expect the same. Yet it does not serve me. It is merely my choice. I will see what I believe is there, what I think is possible, what I expect. Everytime. This “broke” expectation is merely a decision. I can choose again.

The addiction scenario is our human journey. With awareness of Quantum Physics and our non-physical selves, we realize there is more control than we’ve been taught. Habits of emotion are not written in stone, they are “internally wired expectations that initiate repetitive action”.

You can be addicted to happiness, and no matter what your boss, your mother, or your lover says – the addiction will take over. You can be addicted to worry, and regardless of your income, health or current love life – you will fret.

We don’t know each other, you and I. Not so that I’d recognize you on the street. Yet I’m willing to bet that along with your addiction to living, you harbor habits that don’t serve you.

The key to recognizing them is in how you feel. A familiar set of emotional angst is a sure sign that an addiction has kicked in.

Just notice. This is part of you. It is not to be rejected. Eventually, it’s to be absorbed into a you with another set of habits. For now, just define it. Decide what you’d rather be addicted to.

How about happiness? Laughter? Joy? Expansion? Compassion? Hope? Fulfillment? Love? Abundance? Enthusiasm? Self-love – how about that?

On this spiral journey, the same information is understood on another level. We’ve talked about forgiving ourselves before. This time, consider that the thought grows beyond saying “I’m okay” into “I see all of me and I love me – yet this thought inhibits my power so I’ll have to find another one, and I will.”

Just rest there; accepting every nuance of what makes you – you. There is no one who can do so but you. Every thought, habit and action has helped create your current perfection. That perfect one is you.

You’ve come here to demonstrate creation. A key ingredient is agape. Love yourself without reservation; enjoy your exuberance! A god is without doubt, guilt or hesitation. You are a human extension of source energy, a god being human.

You are the god you’ve been waiting for.

I love what Sophia says, above, about addictions.

I've always disliked the word "addiction" because it holds an energy - has a connotation of - powerlessness, of victimization. But our repetitive behaviors, whether labeled as addictions or not, don't have to rule us.

Instead we can realize that we have come to behave in addictive ways in response to stimulus that we have in the past perceived as hopeless. Some thing, or some number of things, happened that caused us to choose the addictive behavior, and we chose those responses often enough and/or powerfully enough that they became automatic. Truly the body only responds to its programming, whether our personal programming, the programming of society, or the actual baseline programming included in human being.

Once we realize our addiction - or said differently, our habitual response - we can choose differently. As Sophia says, we can decide whether the response empowers or serves us, or whether it doesn't. And if it doesn't we can choose differently.

A change in behavior can happen in an instant, or it can take much longer. But in all cases the way is paved through noticing it, feeling what we're feeling without judgement, and choosing differently.

Last night I went on a crying jag. After a pleasant enough evening, I went to bed and the tears started to come – gushers the likes of which I don’t think I had experienced since “Mummy” died.

Gasping, gut-wrenching sobs, drenching me and my pillow, a boohoo that wouldn’t stop.

At first I didn’t know what I was crying about – I am generally a pretty happy and balanced person. I didn’t think or know I had that much grief stored up inside of me.

I cried for all the friends I miss who have left too soon – for Ruth and Azurel, for Rosy and Andreina, for Reverend Richard, Jim and Harold. I cried for the lost loves of my life, for the friends I’ve lost and the ones who I loved who simply chose to walk away.

I cried for all the hurts I’ve caused, all the sorries I should have said. I cried for all the sorries I never received.

I cried for all the broken promises. I cried for being unacknowledged and unappreciated – by not being rewarded by God for the work I so earnestly do.

I cried because I’m sick and tired of debt – of paying a mortgage, a huge chunk to the IRS, unreasonable health care insurance. I cried because my cat died and I can’t adopt a new one because of asthma.

I cried because I didn’t lose 20 pounds in January without trying. I cried because I am no longer young and pretty. I cried because I’m a pathetic ungrateful idiot who has nothing to cry about, who doesn’t count her blessings. And then I cried some more just because …

Then the big tears came.

I cried because too many kids are hungry and alone. I cried for all the young girls who are pregnant and alone and don’t know what to do.

Normally I’m not an angry person but when I see those ads for wounded warriors on TV I go ballistic. So I cried for them, for their families.

I cried because I live in a country that doesn’t care enough – that creates war and terror and then leaves the wounded unattended. I cried for the loss of hope that so many feel.

I cried for those who don’t have enough to eat or know whether there will be enough food on the table to feed their kids. I cried for everyone who has ever lost a child.

I cried for everyone sleeping alone and lonely. I cried for those sleeping outside and cold. I cried because our sick and elderly are so alone. I cried for everyone struggling and dying of cancer. I cried for everyone who feels so unseen and unappreciated.

I cried because I miss my family, my sisters, my brother, my nieces and nephews. I cried because I miss my parents, my mother desperately.

I cried because I miss my star family and don’t spend nearly enough time with them. I cried because this mission and my finances don’t allow visits back and forth as I would like.

I cried because I have never been to Idaho to see Marianne’s farm. I cried because I won’t see my soul family and circle this year. And then I cried some more – because the sadness just would not let up.

I cried because so many people are heart-broken and alone and who feel that there is no love for them – that they are alone and unloved. There is no worse feeling.

Finally I breathed the blue breeze of peace and fell asleep.

As I awoke very early this morning I felt an easing in my chest. But within seconds the tears started again. None of this is rational and yet perhaps is the only rational response to world gone mad. Inside I could hear John Lennon serenading me with “Imagine.”

So I dragged myself out of bed to take the love of my life and my sweet comfort Eliza Rose for a walk. She cuddled through the tears and stayed close but “Come on, Mom. It’s morning and I’m happy with lots of kisses and love for you – let’s go.”

Thank God it was early enough so people couldn’t see this wreck of a woman walking down the street in her baggy sweats with her pajamas hidden under her jacket and her eyes leaking like Niagara Falls.

But then I breathed the early air of Gaia – the mist rising off the river, the sun just beginning to come up and shining gold through the pines, the beauty of sunrise on the savannah.

And I cried for the beauty – the beauty of Gaia, the sparkling of the dew on the grass, the quaking of the ducks flying over the river, the sweetness of my little girl so happy to be walking with her mom.

I cried coming home for the grackles cawing away as they eat up the seed I put out for them on this chilly morning. I cried at the sweetness of the cardinals who sneak in to get their share as they return to the nest they are building outside my door.

I cried for the new flowers I potted 2 days ago. I cried that I have a home, a beautiful home to come home to. I cried because I do have dear, dear friends who really love me – I cried for my sweet Annas, the New Youbees, my COL family, my InLight family, and my sweet considerate neighbors.

I cried because my Isaac is so patient even when he has no idea what triggered this deluge. I cried that I am so lucky to have all these gifts.

And finally I realized that I’m crying because I’m witnessing an old world dying – a reality I’ve come to know and in so many ways love. I’m crying because the new is being born and that moment of birth is terrifying and emotional and cannot carry the residue of the old.

It’s born fresh, anew and without the pain and grief of the parent. I get it. I let go, albeit still crying. I feel the war within is subsiding if not completely over. I feel at peace. Exhausted but understanding that this is part of the process. Thank you, Archangel Michael.

So if you are going through this my friends know you aren't alone. It’s letting go of that war waging within that you may or may not even have know about. But let those tears and cries of anguish come. Let go, surrender and keep going. Peace in here — finally!
