I had an extremely inspiring conversation with a beautiful soul today about the awakening and how we can be the most effective in facilitating it.

In the course of our exchange, while sharing ideas about how to go about creating practical applications, many analogies and perceptions came to mind.

As anyone who reads my articles knows, I am all over the shift into awakening that is now being birthed, and the empowerment available to anyone who is willing to tune into it.

It’s not evident to all, as the fixation on the crumbling matrix and growth of the parasitic police state seems to captivate most people’s attention. But it is the dead and dying stump of the old paradigm in the forest of the world. It blocks out people’s vision, as it’s designed to do.

While we must also be aware of it, we cannot be fixated on it. That crumbling matrix of world information is important, but must be transcended into levels of empowerment and personal and collective activism – much like concentrating on the new growth bursting with life on that same forest floor – surpassing the influence of this relic of old control systems.

That old rotten stump is dead and dying. It’s branches have fallen, its leaves are long gone, and its roots are rotting in the rich, active earth below transforming this fungal infection back into the cycle of life.

We are seeing the final stages of a dying epoch, and our attention needs to be on the new growth bursting up through the dead limbs and leaves of the forest floor, instead of the induced drama of the dying, old and decrepit, falsely imposed structures.

The Awake Grid and Spiritual Cymatics

As we spoke about the need for practical solutions supporting community and personal activism, I shared how many people write to me about feeling so alone in this fight, why I wrote the article Are We Alone? Or Strategically Placed and why it struck such a chord in people.

Feeling isolated and alone is a fact of life in the so-called ‘alternative’ community, but it’s a much greater phenomenon than that.

It has to do with our current alternative paradigm and how we’re approaching the shift.
When discussing alternatives and how empowering they are, I had a picture of those same dispersed energetic nodes I refer to in my article – be they individuals, energetic portals, ley lines or otherwise – only now they are vibrating with an enhanced intentional frequency.

The vibratory effect at every level causes the immediately outlying points of awakened conscious human beings to resonate and thus create vibrational cymatic patterns which then vibrate and resonate with, and even begin to converge with, these localized nodes.

A magnificent image of people coming together when these strategic, awakened human energy points are activated and vibrationally alive – if you can envision it.

It’s much like the deeper interpretations of the role of our star, the sun, and other planetary bodies, never mind massive galactic influences. My point is, as we tune into and facilitate these wonderful vibrations the effects are extremely practical, bringing together sympathetic souls and influences into powerful and extremely practical convergences. And it’s happening.

Bottom Line

We need to not just awaken individually but converge and activate in very practical ways to express this new awareness and understanding. As so many are intensely aware of the seriously decaying state of social governance, this should not be our focus.

Instead we need to concentrate our attention and intention on the blossoming innate knowledge of a better way to live and work together to explore the way of life we know in our hearts to be right.
Many are working to set such programs in place and we need to encourage and participate in these, or initiate our own, and thus help accentuate and realize this new birthing paradigm.

We are seeing movements arise around the planet affirming this very aspect. Groups, communities and alternative organizations are being born as we speak, well aware of our perilous external condition yet knowing a much better plan can easily be put in its place. This is true conscious revolution.
Look for it. Be part of it.

In similar vein to Ghandi's "Be the change you want to see", it's extremely effective to remind ourselves that we are already living in the world we want to create. It's already created! All we need to do is continually be, live, act, and do, from that perspective.

That higher vibration of knowing harmonizes with what our rational mind wants to believe doesn't yet exist, what it hopes is coming but isn't here yet. In truth our dreams already exist as real, all we need to is line ourselves up with the vibration of them, then marvel as they take shape before our very human eyes. Synchonicity anyone? :)

For with this new clarity also comes a new insight, and that is that you are no longer beholden onto others to make your life a good life. But with this realization also comes another realization, namely that you can no longer blame your misfortunes on anyone else either. And for some, that realization will perhaps to them be perceived as the heaviest burden to bear. For with freedom also comes responsibility, and this is not as easy to embrace as the idea of freedom. For freedom means that you are once again aware of creating your own lives, and so, there is no longer any outside source that can or will be blamed for any perceived “misfortunes” that may befall you along the way.

For now, what has been set into motion can no longer be negated, and as such, all of the consequent reactions will come about from a positive energetic charge, even if some of the outcome of it may be labelled as negative by those still set on maintaining status quo.

Let us elaborate. You see, this whole chain of events that is now in the middle of being activated is one that will have far reaching consequences, and as we have already informed you, the rippling effect from what is taking place on this little planet of yours is far greater than you at your current level perhaps can even begin to understand. And when we say current level, we simply refer to your ability to fully tap into your very own reservoir of inherent knowledge. In other words, we are not calling you incapable in any way, simply reminding you that things will become clearer to you at a pace that will make it possible for you to literally digest it. For when we refer to mankind’s choice to truly take the required quantum leap that is absolutely necessary for this whole operation to come about, it is also implied that this quantum leap will come about in such a way, it will serve its intended purpose, namely to shift the entire region into a frequency that will be beneficial to all that inhabits it. And so, everything needs to come about at the exact right time frame and in the stipulated sequence so that all the chips may fall in their designated directions.

Again, we speak in convoluted terms, but again, it is simply to allow you to better take in the underlying message in this message. For as we have already repeated repeatedly, what this contains is something that far surpasses the mere wording of it, and as such, we need at times to make these rather circuitous routes in order to better help you to get the gist of the message. And the gist of this message is simply this: you are no longer where you used to be, and neither is this planet that you live upon. And the same goes for your immediate surroundings. For you have already changed the very fabric of the Universe to such a degree, nothing can ever be the same again. And remember, these changes come about in a way that will be hard to define from a human’sstandpoint, but it will be very easily identified when you look upon it from our point of view. For we can see that the very basics that your world has been build upon has already been changed, and so, the algorithms are indeed brand new. On the outside, it may not look like much, merely a few scattered numerals that have shifted ever so slightly over a period of a few days, but what these slight changes will in effect do, is to set off a cascade of rippling effects that will tear away all of the old and restricting cocooning material that you have been swaddled in, almost like the ancient peoples used to do to safeguard their deceased.

In other words, the ripples will spread out from these minuscule gashes in that old fabric, the fabric that was woven with so much care in order for you to strain and struggle against it until the day you finally opened your eyes and opened your hearts and realized, that the only way to end the struggle is simply to surrender to the powers that you carry within you, the ones that have been there all along, waiting for you to rediscover their presence at the very core of your being. And then, this process of unraveling the old illusion in order to fully set free not just you, but the whole and glorious truth of who ALL of you are began to come alive in such a way, there is no way now anyone can stop this old cocoon from dissolving completely.

But again, when something dissolves, it inevitably leaves a gaping hole in someone’s armour, as in the walls that so many of your fellow men are still busy keeping intact. We know that this will not be news to many of you, for you have stepped into this truth a long time ago, but again, we want to remind you that you are not yet amongst the majority on this planet, and so, what you have seen as the dawning of the New, they will simply see as the disintegration of all that they have staked their very existence upon, and so, they will rebel in any way they can, and the range with which they will display their dissent will vary, from anger to sadness, from fear to downright terror.

But again, this will simply be the final nail in the coffin of the old, if we may use such blunt words to describe the shift that is taking place now. For remember, you have already pushed the buttons that activated this whole operation by your willingness to fully embrace your inner light, and so, what comes around now will be a change that will affect all, and it will do so because you as a collective have come to a place where a decision was needed, and the decision was to say a resounding YES to the New. And so, the wheels of change will roll faster and faster now, and as such, more and more of your every day actions will be governed by this new light that is imbuing every sentient being on this planet.

And yes, enough of you have already chosen to open your hearts to this light, and this in itself is more than enough to set the wheels rolling. And so, what took only a small number of the population of this planet to make come into being, will give every single one of the souls currently inhabiting this little sphere the same chance to take part in the process of recreating your world. And so, the call has gone out, the call to join in on this magnificent make over, a make over that far surpasses anything ever accomplished anywhere else in All of creation. And make no mistake, you do have a lot of things that needs to be rectified before this whole project is over, but again, there will be no lack of willing hands nor of inquisitive minds that will join forces with you, the true vanguards. For as we have told you again and again, you already possess everything you need in order to fulfill every single dream you might carry within of the paradise you so long for. There is no lack of skills, nor of manpower, nor of resources, and as you have finally allowed yourselves to re-enter the ancient halls of knowledge that has been kept safely hidden away until you as a collective were once again ready to enter them, there is no longer anything nor anyone standing in your way for this whole thing to become a success beyond compare.

And so we say again know that all is well, and take every single eruption of fear, anger or hatred as clear signals of the advent of the New World. For you have felt it already, and now, it will begin to seep into the consciousness of every single individual on this planet. For some, it will be such a welcome sight, they will instantaneously know just what to do in order to fully embrace the New. While for others, the very idea will still provoke their old gut instinct to safeguard the very last piece of “security” they can cling on to, namely the very idea itself that change must be avoided at all cost. And so, they will dig in their heels and protest in any way they can. But we can confidently predict that the latter will be the minority this time, for remember, on a higher level, it has been a decision that was made with an overwhelming majority, and the answer you gave back when the question was raised, was simply this: “yes, now, we are finally ready to step away from the old and fully embrace the totality of our being and to re-enter the prosperous sea of love that we for so long have turned our backs to.” For you as a collective are more than ready to take to these shimmering waters yet again, and it is you, the forerunners, who have been given the wonderful task of being the first ones to take the plunge.

And so once again we thank you all on behalf of All of creation. You have chosen well, and you have already set your actions behind your words, and the actions that have already been accomplished by what may seem to be only a small handful of individuals scattered all over your wold, will have a far reaching and wondrous effect on All. And for that, we can only once more extend our greatest gratitude, and we would also like to add that from now on, the pace of this ripping apart will continue to escalate at such a pace, it may at times literally take your breath away. But for you, we know the breathlessness will come out of pure and simple joy and the knowledge that what will come apart now, will do so in order to make it all come together again in a way that will bring joy into the hearts of ALL.

In order to manifest your New Earth frequency reality in this human life experience ALL of you must be present and available to you in the NOW moment. The gathering of fragments that scattered across the dimensional timelines is done from THIS REALITY. If you connect with and try to work in any other reality you are re-fragmenting yourself and disempowering yourself at all moments.

The only moment that you can create from, with and through is this NOW moment, everything else is illusion. You have watched the magician lifetime after lifetime and many of you are now understanding and see through the magick tricks. Releasing the emotional prisons created from “memories”

For many of you the emotions raging within you may appear to be one thing whilst they are actually something else. I have deliberately used the song from the FROZEN film to show how wrapping a gift in wrapping paper can make it look other than it is in TRUTH. When you listen to the song you will hear her sing about her emotions, how the “cold” does not bother her and she APPEARS to look free and in full control. Look again at the song and the imagery and you will see that she is in a PRISON of her OWN MAKING. She has been taught to believe that her gifts are dangerous, she was taught to remain separate from her family in order to “protect them”. Any bells ringing yet? How many of you can fully resonate with the character already?

Emotions that are frozen are called in human language MEMORIES and these are triggered over and over again within your human life experience within the old 3D earth created construct. They are triggered to keep you towing the line, to keep you remembering the teachings that you have been TAUGHT and pulling at your energy signature at all times. Where guilt, embarrassment, anger, betrayal etc arise within you then the memory that triggers it is ANCHORED more deeply. Many of you can instantly find a memory by listening to a song or visiting a place, the memory instantly triggered and the memories associated flooding into you. But the flooding into you does not see you in flow, it sees you attempt to swim in an ocean of grief, sadness or other emotions. Even apparent “happy” memories work to trigger because they may be the exact opposite of what you feel in this moment, so they will also trigger fear, grief etc.

The release of these distorted frequencies is now under way. For many of you the re-triggering is fully under way, you may be having dreams of people long out of your life or you may be pulled to places you have not visited for some time. It is NOT TRUTH to hold on tightly to memories, they are not real, they are a snapshot of a moment in your life that is FROZEN in that moment. You cannot be in flow and balance when any part of your is FROZEN. This is what the gift wrapping prevents you from seeing and attempts to keep you also from feeling for as you swim in memories you are not in the NOW moment and are not fully aligned with the energy that YOU ARE in TRUTH.

At the moment there appears to be a resurgence of information around Lemuria and Atlantis, this is triggering MEMORIES for many of you, many of you may be falling into these memories and working from the energy of said memories but this takes you OUT of the NOW moment, you cannot drink a cup of coffee you have already drunk and this applies to these lifetimes. You are not there at this moment, only the FRAGMENT OF SELF WHO INCARNATED INTO SAID TIMELINE IS THERE. The distortion is trying to persuade you that you can take the power from that lifetime into this lifetime. This is NOT POSSIBLE as the frequency of these civilisations is NOT TRUTH and is not supported by the New Earth.

In order to manifest your New Earth frequency reality in this human life experience ALL of you must be present and available to you in the NOW moment. As you do this the outer waking reality will begin to reflect your fluidity. “SAME” is a construct to explain the frozen emotions, in TRUTH all is in flow as energy never stops moving ever, it is in constant movement.

Within the old 3d earth created construct you have been taught to believe that in order to survive you must remain frozen, this is not TRUTH and is not supported by the New Earth. NOW the energy that YOU ARE IN TRUTH will show you the keys to the prison that you have been TAUGHT to create within you and which contains you externally.

We are here. It is our desire to share these messages and offer an invitation for humans to establish a strong link and awareness connected to the many aspects of their own multidimensional reality. Each and every individual who awakens to the knowing that they are multidimensional starhumans contributes to the whole.

It is important for humans to realize that they travel from one dimension to another many times a day. Remember you only see what you believe. Reality will match your beliefs. The dimensions are a matter of frequency and vibration. This truth is becoming known to many on your planet.

It is the awareness and the welcoming that allow for the merging and the exchange between our frequency and vibration and your frequency and vibration. Our invitation to you and to all other multidimensional starhumans is to allow the softening and the merging of the dimensions. Let there be a flow, gently and smoothly.

It is a matter of shifting frequency and vibration. The most powerful tool in this hologame on earth, the golden key so to speak, is the conscious practice and skill at holding a pure frequency of joy, gratitude and appreciation no matter what is happening, continuing to return to the alchemical chalice of the heart and radiate these vibrations into your daily life, moment to moment to moment.

These are incredible times upon your planet. There is a shift in the matrix that is taking place. Humanity is experiencing considerable shifts in perceived reality. You have always been straddling multi-realties; the shift that is happening now is that you are awakening and becoming conscious that you are doing it. You are aware of your physical surroundings, those frozen in your perception, and you are also aware of the information we are offering—that with very little effort you can travel to any location in the galaxy.

Your human body is always operating in multi-realities. Every cell is aware of the noise within the body and outside the body and is making the necessary adjustments. Every cell of the body is reading the position of the sun, moon, and stars and making the necessary adjustments. Every cell of the body is monitoring all input from all dimensions and making the necessary adjustments. Every cell of the body operates at a multidimensional level and knowing.

Humans are evolving and becoming conscious that they are affecting the reality that they step into, and they are affecting the movement of energy on the planet. As they stand fully engaged and mindful of the total connection…the total matrix of divine unfolding…the total oneness and total weaving with the All That Is, they are starhumans.

This evolution is occurring within the atoms of each human being on earth at this time.

There is and has been a vanguard of multidimensional starhumans who have been carrying this banner of enlightenment for lifetimes. There is an awakening to the knowledge, that each human is multidimensional. Now is the time to recognize and merge with the consciousness of others who are also cognizant of their multidimensional beingness.

As more humans begin to expand into their multidimensional aspects, they will become pioneers in this field of aligning, balancing and untangling the energy weavings. There is a restoring and mending of the grid of this planet. This work has been taking place for hundreds of years in the subtle realms. It is now taking place in the active physical realms. This restoring, this mending of the grid, is held in the galactic realms. This is the time. This is the coming together. This is the shift activating your very purpose to serve.

There are considerable numbers of others like you who recognize and realize their purpose in this evolution of consciousness that is taking place. They have reached out and requested assistance and support on this stage of physical reality. Their conscious request has been heard, and much is being offered from the convergence of the highest vibrations in the universe.

We invite you and other awakened starhumans to hold the anchor and focus, for these energetic gifts that are being showered upon you. With every breath you take, realize that you are Light, you are needed, and it is time for you to be fully awake. Your every vibration ….your every thought is projected into the matrix of the energy field of planet earth. Continue to ask yourself, "Does this word, thought, action, feeling add to the light of the world, or does it add to the dysfunction of the world?"

Remember you are an important part of this unfolding. Each starhuman carries a code that is needed by many to trigger their own realization. Each encounter holds the auspicious moment in which codes and activation take place between both beings. When you and others are vibrating at your highest and most inspirited frequency, this is when the opening is available to lift any lower vibrations within another human.

“Acceptance” in TRUTH in order to release ALL

Many of you have contacted me commenting that despite being in creation mode that the outer waking reality appears to remain almost solid and asking why this is. Part of the process of moving into fluidity is that of “acceptance”. Now acceptance is not giving up, it is not stating “okay I accept the outer waking reality and can do nothing to change it”. What I mean by acceptance is to look at the outer waking reality and see it as it is in TRUTH, that is not what you want to see, but what is there in front /around you. Only by working from this picture can you change the picture, indeed ACCEPTANCE is a major key in working to create your own reality.

Many of you will have been taken to the point of being shown the “same” outer waking reality and it will not move, no matter how you attempt to move it into fluidity, it remains. The key is acceptance in TRUTH, for the New Earth is born out of TRUTH, it matters not what move you make for if the move is not TRUTH then you will be asked to choose again. The choice though will remain hidden until you accept that which is around you is not TRUTH.

This may appear to be almost back to front and I would remind you gently that the old 3D earth reality construct is a mirror, therefore it must be viewed back to front in order to see what is actually happening, all appears reversed in a mirror. So in order to be shown the choices, which are ALWAYS THERE you must first of all SEE what is around you, only by accepting what is being reflected can you then ask to be shown the whole picture, this is the point that the universe will then open up the picture and show you more choice. Then you make a conscious choice and intention, again the picture will not change unless this choice is in TRUTH.

Many of you may look at this and think “okay but this seems very much like a chore”. It is deceptively simple for you can FEEL the choice that is TRUTH, it is only a challenge if you allow your human logical mind to interrupt and attempt to persuade you that the choice you FEEL is not correct. This begins to create the “puzzle” that is not there and will pull you out of balance and into total frustration for you will then attempt to try to alter your reality by DOING, you are asked to BE and to choose TRUTH, that is all that is required.

TRUTH is ONLY found in the heart space so the key to acceptance is to follow your heart, to understand that what is not TRUTH sometimes looks other than it is and it is this that has kept you in chains within the old 3D earth created construct. Within said construct you were shown choice based on your frequency and SOUL patterning and then asked to choose logically. This blinds you to TRUTH and to ALL possibilities, remember just because your human logical mind cannot “think” of the choice or your human eyes cannot “see” other choice does not negate the choices and they are infinite.

At this moment upon Planet Earth the outer waking reality appears to be harsh and other than what is TRUTH, in order to change this you must accept that the picture you are shown is not TRUTH and then align with the ENERGY that YOU ARE in TRUTH. By changing your own personal picture then you affect ALL and as each human vehicle begins to work with this then the outer waking reality will become more fluid and reflect that which is TRUTH. This is not done by DOING so much as BEing, to accept that your outer waking life is what IT IS at that moment and then ask to be shown the bigger picture. Then the choices will open up for you. You cannot walk down a path that is not TRUTH for that is not supported, many of you have come to the end of the path of untruth and yet are refusing to accept this. This will see you stopped and not permitted to go any further along the path, to view other choices ACCEPT and then choose again. This will allow you to move into fluidity in TRUTH and may see many of you move rapidly into your chosen outer waking reality.

A gentle reminder that the outer waking reality in TRUTH will always be MORE and deeper than you can ever imagine for the human logical mind has been kept in check for eternity, until you allow it to “catch up” with infinite possibilities then it may take some linear time to permit yourself to dream bigger and brighter.

“Delayed” reality and the ability to BE in TRUTH

Much like the stars that appear in the sky above your head the outer waking reality that is your human life experience is not what it appears to be. This may come as no surprise to you as you work your way through the denser frequencies and begin to work with the higher, more expansive and lighter frequencies. What I mean by the statement is that just like the stars in the sky there is a “delay” in the decoding of the frequencies that are then turned into your human life experience. (Stars appear to be in the sky but you do not see them as they are, you seem them as they were, the speed of light is the delay to your human eyes).

The subject of instant manifestation raises its head often and many people fall in frequency when faced with anything other than perceived “instant” manifestation. Remember you are in a human form upon a planet that has been kept in a very dense frequency bandwidth. The appearance of the reality that is built from the higher dimensional frequencies therefore may take some “time” to appear to you in your outer waking reality. This is challenging for your human logical mind to both comprehend and accept. After all you have been TAUGHT over and over again that the outer waking reality is a solid structure and that you must fit in with it in order to live and survive within the human race upon this planet.

As you begin to work with the higher dimensional frequencies then you begin to create from within the void, the void is the place of ENERGY, this energy is neither good nor bad it is simply PURE ENERGY. The challenge to you in this your human form is to continue to FEEL TRUTH whilst allowing the new reality to manifest around you. It NEEDS the higher frequency emitted by you which is achieved by remaining in your heart space. Moving out of your heart space and back into your head sees you lower your frequency and works to keep the reality that you are manifesting “further” away from you.

It is extremely challenging to describe this process using human language for there is no “linear” time involved in this process, it is a matter of frequency and vibration. You may get caught up in looking at the human calendar and keep repeating “WHEN is this going to change for me”. The answer of course is when you allow your vibration to remain at a high frequency and TRUST. As soon as you move into this space then the reality will begin to shift for the outer waking reality is but an overlay, it has no depth to it, but it is a LOWER frequency which makes it dense in comparison to the higher frequencies.

I would ask you not to think too deeply about this blog, this will move you further into your human logical mind which will attempt to teach you that you are in some sort of puzzle that needs solved. THERE IS NO PUZZLE. As many of you are more than aware remaining in a state of TRUST and FAITH creates miracles and the miracles are the New Earth frequencies that you work with. Creating an outer waking reality that shows that anything is possible.

At this time upon the planet there is a massive outpouring of lower dimensional frequencies from those who are releasing the karmic patterning. It may be relatively easy to fall in vibration by looking at the world around you, as it appears to be just as solid as it was at any other time but the FEELing is lighter, miracles can and do happen.

Let go of clock watching and calendar watching and TRUST that what you have created and dreamed will manifest around you, it is manifested through the HEART space and is manifest in TRUTH, it is not manifested through worrying or constantly checking. This works to create a circle of frustration that may be challenging to walk out of. Each moment of each moment your human vehicle is changing and shifting and yet the shifts and changes are filtered out by your human eyes, so too is the outer waking reality. It is to be remembered that just because you cannot see change happening does not mean it is not happening, it just means that from your current vantage point you cannot see the changes.

Everything affects everything in the universe, for ALL is energy and ALL JUST IS. Developing TRUST and FAITH is part of the process that sees you move into the evolution of the human race, no longer bound by the 6 senses you will then gain in confidence as you work to create and to manifest from the heart space. If you find yourself releasing at this time then allow the tears, the tears will wipe the dust from your eyes and allow you to see a new picture for tears are cleansing.

Above all at this time have compassion for SELF as this process is deeply healing and far reaching. ALL JUST IS and YOU ARE in TRUTH.

We’ve all heard it said we create our own realities. But what exactly does that mean? And how do we do it?

Spirit

First, let’s start this discussion with who each of you really are. Or, more to the point, who you are not.

You are not:

• Your body
• Your mind
• Your family identity
• Your ethnic background
• Your job, your profession
• Father
• Mother
• Son
• Daughter

And so on

You are not any of those labels you use to identify yourselves while you are in your physical bodies.

Your are pure spirit. That’s who you really are. Nothing more, nothing less.

A better way to say that is you are pure consciousness. You are part of that collective consciousness you sometimes call the universal mind, or the mind of God.

You are the universe.

As aspects of that universal mind, you are all unique and yet you are all one.

What you experience as your life in your current physical body — what you experience as “out there” in your physical world — these are only projections of your consciousness. This includes your physical body.

None of that exists till you create it with your thoughts, with your consciousness.

Say, for example, you happen to meet a friend in the grocery store. That friend, that grocery store are merely projections of your consciousness. They have no separate identity or existence apart from your projection of them.

We wish to speak of Truth which manifests, as does everything, through the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels – Truth as an Absolute as well as truth the ordinary.

When we speak of truth in these messages we are referring to the Absolute – Divine Truth.

In Truth, there is nothing but omnipresent Divine Consciousness which in the human scene is interpreted by mind and seen as material. The third dimension views life through a filter of separation as well as a belief that everything is either good or bad (duality). More often than not one’s individual belief system has been simply accepted without thought from the world consensus consciousness.

It is very important to remember that thoughts you may have are not really yours until you accept them as your own. The thoughts and beliefs of world consciousness are floating around always available to be claimed as truth or not.

Allowing uninvited thoughts to simply flow through without giving them any importance is a reclaiming of your power and movement into Truth. Resistance to unwanted ideas or thoughts simply gives them a power they do not have.

In the human scene, Truth is determined by whether or not you honestly state what you know or feel to be correct. It also represents consensus opinion on particular topics as dictated by the “experts” or those in power.

Living out from third dimensional thinking causes some individuals – as well as businesses and governments – to feel no obligation toward honesty or truth if and when it does not suit their personal needs or agenda, reflecting the belief in separation.

As mankind evolves ever more deeply into the realization of all within the One, it will begin to understand that the words and actions of ordinary daily life are important because what one says or does to another, he does to himself. Fear, whether recognized or not, is the root cause of dishonesty and lying – fear of lack, limitation, rejection, failure, punishment etc. and can only be eliminated through Truth.

Fear stems from third dimensional experiences and teachings from past lives as well as this one. Many of these experiences were horrendous, causing long-lasting impressions within cellular memory and energy fields. These old cellular and emotional energies are what you are now in the process of clearing.

Some of the more intense energy clearings can leave you feeling exhausted and depressed. Know that there is nothing wrong – you are evolving, so do not claim these feelings as having any power over you which will simply pull them back into your energy field.

Children speak the truth until they are taught not to through fear or punishment. Many adults believe that being right makes them important (more loveable) and so say or do whatever it takes to be seen as always right – a reflection of the belief in separation from Love/Self.

Frequently, individuals are simply misinformed and speak from ignorance but, as with all actions, the intention behind the words gives them their energy. Untruths spoken innocently carry the energy intended by the sender which is to be truthful. We do not refer to malicious gossip.

Gossip and criticism are facets of duality and separation which reflect self-loathing and create the need for a person to see himself as better than others in order to feel any acceptance or self-love. These activities not only humanly (never in reality) hurt the person gossiped about, but also come home to rest in the energy field of the sender for again…there is only One.

With evolution comes the inability to speak untruth for personal gain. The spiritual student becomes increasingly aware of that gentle tap on the shoulder whenever he is tempted and begins to understand that his spiritual leash has become very short.

Divine Truth is an Absolute – that which IS, always has been, and ever will be – held infinitely in place by Divine Law. The Absolute can never be known or understood fully with the limited human mind which is why, over eons of time, man has repeatedly created Gods in his own likeness reflecting whatever qualities were believed to be important at that time.

The goal of all souls – on all planets and dimensions as well as on Earth – is, and always has been, to evolve into the fullness of the realization of the ONE, thus becoming the One. The soul has always been perfect, but through its journeys of experience has not remembered this and so has struggled lifetime after lifetime in the process of awakening.

It is the spiritual journey and purpose of life to eventually realize one’s Divinity and live out from that state of Consciousness. Divine Truth is first grasped and interpreted intellectually until over time it moves to deeper levels and becomes one’s reality – one’s state of consciousness. Each soul’s journey takes infinite forms and paths and experiences, which is what you have all been doing.
Books, classes and teachers can only assist up to the attained level of consciousness of the author or teacher. This is not to say there may not be the perfect book, class or teacher for you at a given time, but always use your intuition when deciding if something is right for you.

Just because something is popular doesn’t mean it would be right for you. You may actually be beyond a particular teaching or teacher. There will always come that time in which you will begin to be taught from within, for this is where Truth resides.

Information, answers, explanations, and ideas that result in “Ah-ha” moments for you are the fruits of your own inner work and will often manifest when you least expect – when you are doing something as mundane as washing dishes but are at the same time quiet and receptive. Issues of life begin to be seen from new levels of understanding and a Truth you may have read and pondered but never fully understood may suddenly become simple and clear.

Divine Truth is all that IS, and is infinite. There is an old Eastern saying that if you can encompass IT (the Absolute) within your mind (which many think they do) then that is not it. Absolute Truth is every spiritual idea embodied within Divine Consciousness, ever present but interpreted by the mind in the human scene according to individual and world consciousness.

To try and live the Absolute, before attaining that state of consciousness, is a mistake many serious spiritual students make. To throw away your meditations before you have attained the consciousness of your completeness and wholeness as a Divine Being is a very human action.

However, when something no longer resonates with you, never be afraid to let it go. Holding on to some facet of your life just because it is what you are used to is a block to your awakening. You are required to live out from your highest attained state of consciousness, living the Truth you know while moving ever deeper through practice and study.

The act of transition or death, does not bring a sudden realization of Truth as many believe. You are your state of consciousness and therefore take it with you. All are taught and guided lovingly on the other side, just as here.

Evolution is the process of an ever increasing awareness of who you really are, Dear Ones. Evolution is a process that does not suddenly culminate overnight unless you have done the work getting you to that state of consciousness in previous lifetimes. Try not to become discouraged and feel you are making no progress if life seems mundane and ordinary.

Do not compare yourself to others – do the best you can remembering always that you are being guided and you are never alone. If you succumb to the weight of some human burden, resist the temptation for blame or guilt but simply pick yourself up and continue.

You will soon discover that the sky did not fall down when you make a mistake nor do you have to go back to the beginning of your journey. Failure is a concept within third dimensional thinking. There is no such thing as failure in reality – only learning experiences.

You are loved Dear Ones, very loved and honored greatly for your efforts and work. All is proceeding according to plan.

You've come to understand the world is not as it has always seemed. In a very 3D way, many things you may have assumed were rock solid and of pure intent are in fact not solid at all. In many cases they are motivated by some form of self interest rather than altruistic goal.

By now, these things do not surprise you as it seems there has been revelation after revelation. No part of your institutional systems has been left untouched. Your very schools, the places where you dutifully send your precious offspring, are in more cases than not factories for a very specific type of mind programming. None of this was in your head or heart when you participated and yet you've been there and thus been privy to the intended message.

What will serve your highest intent, moving forward from here into a different world, is not cynicism and distrust but awareness, transparency and a deeper inspection of intent. In fact, you may not be in “favor” of how things have been controlled and operated on a global, national or corporate scale, but they are not worthy of your judgment. Here's why.

The energy of intent and focus is just that – energy. As such, it is creative, powerful and sacred. If you were operating in a fully conscious state, you'd not spend a nan o-second of it on a direction you were not fully supportive of. Where you send it becomes manifest in your days and seemingly a more “solid” aspect of this existence. Choose always what serves your highest good.

Seen this way, the “atrocities” and dark plans you are now aware of become tools for creative consciousness. You are, with each new report, able to more accurately discern which specifics you'd like to see in play. You are now fully equipped to create them.

The feeling of “yes” is growth producing and limitless; while “no” constricts, shuts down and limits. The very slightest shift of focus allows for either an alternative possibility or more of what you don't want. Constant vigilance!!!

This become not work, but play as you shape and mold your day to day with belief in a better way, a compassionate approach and a loving and beautiful force beneath each interaction. We see near instant manifestation these days so pay attention! Your greatest teacher is each outcome you are witnessing. Don't like it? Adjust and choose again.

Like a Master in any discipline, it takes practice, dedication and love of the craft. The outcome is you. Choose always love.

• If you're feeling like everything is spinning too fast, go slower; because everything outside you is spinning in relationship to you and if you withdraw your energy from it, it will stop spinning. If you step back, it will stop spinning and you can reconsider whether or not to rejoin that piece of your life.

• Watch out for mental desperation/desperate thoughts as solutions to your difficult feeling. Are you somebody who is finding yourself currently saying, “I'm so unhappy and if I just had more money it would be solved, or if I just had that job, or if I just went to live over there instead of here…” It’s not going to be solved in that way. What you have to catch in those moments is this strong emotional density that you're feeling and focus on that, rather than your desired external solution.

The Great Re-Opening and How Destiny Lives in the Details

Hello and welcome to the October 2014 Energy Forecast.

Good to see you all again as we go into a very different season on Earth, and going into a different season on Earth is true in more ways than one.

Every month I do a live Q + A broadcast. This is open to members of the public but it's also offered to all members of The Portal. In the first half I answer questions on energetics submitted by Portal members and offer tips, and in second half I answer questions, in channel mode. So I channel The Z’s and they answer questions that people submit.

This past month in September, a very interesting message came through in the first few minutes before any questions were answered by The Z’s. They explained that in the last few years, to some degree, certain guides and higher energetics and channels, have stepped back a little from the planet while we went through an integration period.

The point they made was that over the last two years, we on Earth have been trying to catch up with the high doses of energy that were coming into the planet prior to 2012. And so post-2012 to now, life has felt very stasis in ways for many of us as human beings, compared to those years leading up to 2012.

What they explained was that this integration period is just about to finish, and everything is about to open up again energetically. They also said that we as a result will experience even more guidance, energetic and angelic support than we have had in the last couple of years. This begins now.

This is going to be felt in a very close way.

For the very sentient among you, (those of you who directly perceive and feel the unseen), you will experience that very literally. You will feel that there is more light available for you to connect with than there has been. So this is a great time to focus on manifestation and higher communication.

And those of you who perhaps don't necessarily experience the sentience I'm talking about in a literal way, you will notice that provided you stick to certain guidelines for your life, things will flow and move for you in an easier way in the coming year or so than they have in the past two.

Now, what are those guidelines for your life?

One is:

If it isn't flowing, stop and wait. Wait for something else to emerge. Or just temporarily step back. Give it either time and patience, or perhaps through stepping back you’ll look at what you are trying to create and you’ll realize you need something different.

Your stepping back will make you see (for example): "Ah, yes. I wanted to move to Broadway, but the reason it's not working is because I'm not actually supposed to move there. The benefit of time has shown me that aiming there for a while helped uproot me from where I'm living; got me used to the idea of moving over there, and now that I'm ready to move, suddenly from left field this other place has come in and I can go there instead."

We can get very linear and literal in our human mind because that's the way that we've been conditioned.

So, I often find I am answering questions for people at live events or online around their visions; and why they had a vision several months ago and why did it not play out exactly as the vision told them to?

Well the truth is: our destiny changes every single day. So there is a destiny path for all of us, but the details around that destiny are quite non-specific, if you like.

So your destiny on Earth in your lifetime might be to experience great love in human relationships because that's something that your soul has never experienced before. Or it might be to put your voice into the world because that will be an expansive experience for you and others. But, for example, there are many different ways you can do that. You might put your voice into the world by being an author; you might put your voice into the world by being somebody who just speaks the truth to every single person that you meet at a really high level.

So you see, the details of our destiny can change and reform.
And we are very detail-focused in our human mind and we are very linear about the way we live our lives. But herein lies the issue that we are currently experiencing: we are multidimensional and we are at a time when multidimensionality is coming back to us as human beings at a mass level.

There have always been incredible pioneers throughout history and throughout time who have held great levels of light, great levels of multidimensionality. But we’re at a tipping point now where, as a mass, this multidimensionality is starting to affect all of us and infuse our way of being.

So for example, those of you who are stressed right now about all the different plates you have spinning in your life. Many of you go, “I wish I didn't have so many plates spinning.” But it's not the plates that are spinning that are the problem. It's your relationship to them.

I see this as a truth for myself all the time. I constantly have to adjust to my new environment, my new experiences. And the freer I can become around letting go of what I thought was true two months ago or three months ago, the easier a time I have.

So this way of being is essentially becoming less-linear about everything and a little more multidimensional and a little more sensory-based. The two are the same thing. Multidimensional people tend to go with their feeling more than their mind.

So there will be many of you who've had those awkward conversations with your friends where you say, “Yes, I'm going to Peru because I have a gut instinct.” And some of your friends might be judging you about it - they might not like your choice, because to them you’re operating completely outside the realms of their understanding.

But trust yourself and don't worry about what others think.

More and more people are living this way now. So this happening at bigger mass levels creates a forward surge in all of us, that is grounding that energy as a collective.

Some of the challenges within living this way can sometimes be that you feel like you have so many plates spinning, or you feel like you have a million thoughts going on on any given day.

You see, the monkey mind (the constant chatter we can have when off-center) becomes multidimensional as well. It comes with you, until you get used to letting it go, either through meditation or other methods that develop an inner calm and an ability to return to center.

Awakening is often greatly prized in people's minds. But it's not always an easy path the more you awaken. I think this is one of the great myths on our planet. There is an idea that awakening into greater spirit, awakening into greater consciousness, is just 'unicorns and rainbows'. And those of you who've been through or are going through it, we all know that actually you start to feel so many more things that you perhaps were never feeling before.

So some of the keys to watch out for in your life are:

If it's a density that you are not liking and are placing your faith in solving through some outside circumstance, know that it may not come true. The change in circumstance might NOT take away the emotion. But a change in emotion can change the outer circumstance. So deal with your inner world to change the outer. Deal with the “ARRGH!” inside you, because that feeling isn't going to go away.
And we as a society are often capped in our anger.

I see this a lot with people who are out there in the world wanting to make change. It's a very difficult argument right now; because the new age is often accused of being people sticking their head in the sand. You constantly see people out there saying, “Well, if you just focus on love and light and your own energy, you're completely missing what's going on with all the problems in the world, and you're not creating change.”

My experience and witnessing of energy is that the opposite is actually true. The more compassionate you become in yourself and the more you can ground your openness in the world, the more you want to make changes wherever you go. And it is a natural occurrence that begins within and emanates outward.

But none of us can deal with bringing change to every area of the whole world, for we are individuals. So if we as individuals step towards the areas that we feel we can bring change to, and we constantly check our own sense of energetic balance within our doing of that, then the energy we're offering to an outside element (another person, group or organization) is one of balance.

You see this a lot with the anger that activists will throw at both the very thing they're trying to change and also the people they are trying to encourage to be an activist with them. If you are somebody who is turned on by somebody’s anger about a cause they’re trying to get you behind, then you're in the same dissonance energy that they are, and you’re running the same sense of dis-empowerment and fear; because anger has dis-empowerment and fear in it as an energy.

So that's not me saying that you are un-entitled to feel those feelings.
But what I'm asking you to consider, is to observe the feelings that you're having and their density. As they will have an effect on your life circumstances.

The broader perspective that we now have on Earth - all of these free YouTube videos, all of this information that’s out there - it's beautiful, but it can be misleading if you don't discern what's true for you and what isn't. It can be a rabbit hole. There are people out there proclaiming their way of being as “THE way”. And these things are tricky, because there is no “THE way” unless you find something that really works for you.

You’re going to constantly try on experiences and pieces of information in life that give you light bulb moments; that bring you into more clarity of feeling.

That's multidimensionality at work, and yet, we forget that we are multidimensional on Earth. That's what's changing for all of us now.

In the old world, we were taught to go into our lives as a multidimensional external force - you have a relationship with this person, you have a job with this person, you love going over here, but it was all externalized. It was, “I feel things in here in tandem to these people and engagement points I am focusing on.”

Now, it's happening within you first. That is the opportunity. Create from the inner world first.

So this is why many of you will feel a bit bored; because you step back from everybody, because no one is making sense. Again, this phase will pass. You're first encountering your inner multidimensional senses and when you're more used to them, you will go back out to those people and have a very different experience of the same people and the same places.

So be as patient with yourselves as you can. This isn't an easy process for any of us to go through. But it’s also filled with a lot of light at the moment and particularly in the coming months.

So even as you see certain darker energies raising their heads and going through the battles that they’re going through around you, you will notice that if you keep focusing on a higher perspective in yourself and a higher perspective of the way that you're working in the world, you will constantly upshift into more experiences of flow.

Then, rather than life being hard or difficult for you, you will be able to appreciate the things that you have and not try and run out into the chaos and become a part of the chaos.

Chaos is very seductive. It seems like it's something to do, an activity to engage with, and the tribal impulse in us is to join the tribe.

But as I've said for many months now in a row, joining the tribe is not going to be what most of you want to do; because you're slightly on the edge of a large growing mass of people who are learning to live and feel in a different way and that takes time.

So sending you lots of love for this coming month and I just want to say a huge thank you to those of you who donated last month for these forecasts. Nobody is able to achieve this completely, [oh but we will! -AK] but the striving for such achievement is in itself a part of the liberation and a foundation for inner security.

It's quite obvious to anyone with nerve endings un-deadened by Prozac that the energies of this planet are very highly charged at this moment. The banking system keeps trying to phoenix the existing debt systems by issuing new debt and hoping to cover that trail by worldwide conflagration and/or pandemic. A critical mass of awakened humanity has been reached, and quite like the 10 billion neurons in a brain, the collective human consciousness on this planet is firing up and remembering who it is. And each human awakening like a tuning fork stirs the next one.

The partners-in-contrast continuing playing out their drama because they are only one pony acts. Creativity was never their strong point. They have a Felix the Magic Cat template bag of magic tricks. They were always middle management imported from some distant star that spent too many eons in building their gold plated thrones on the dead remains one what they see as the "less evolved" on one planet or another. This is their last bastion. Bred on the belief in their own separation from Source, even while they grudgingly acknowledge the oneness of all in their own writings, they still attempt to hide that oneness with every allusion and illusion of separation wrapped up in hierarchies of light and dark when they themselves recognize no such boundary. But there is an energetic accounting.

When it comes to the game of separation consciousness, the partners-in-contrast are very very skilled at it and getting you to play that game. Separation consciousness is a game that feeds on itself. Its an endless recursive loop, the endless program that keeps on running because it keeps following the same track.

There was always another option, but that exit door said "LOVE ALL, JUDGE NONE" ... for judgement is only an excuse for withholding love. The pain of separation consciousness makes that seem like the foolish choice. Somebody kills your kid with a drone or a strap on bomb vest, its quite natural to the biological mind to return that.

Couple that with life long teaching of being God's chosen ones, the one true religion, correct politics, or race or the 1001 and other ways humanity has been divided and conquered, you get what we have now, gasoline looking for a match. No one on this planet has been immune from that kind of mental programming. And those that want to cast one race or another as evil demons or aliens are just doing more of the same. The separation game always plays both sides. It's all Eternal Essence.

Biology wants to survive, its the evolutionary imperative that drives life to arise from the materium. You are not biology with a consciousness, you are consciousness that has a biological body. The Soul knows it survives - no matter what - and from that knowing and love all courage is born.

The threat and use of violence to instill fear to the ego causes people to turn from their inner guidance and believe in the illusion of separation.

CNN, BBC, NBC, FRANCE NEWS 24, CBS, ABC, FOX spew out their daily GHOUL-LASH of fear. We live in GOUL-LAG of fear. Have you ever seen it so crazy? You really can't make this shit up! But they do! Crisis actors that show up in one false flag event after another, custom-off-the-shelf pre-packaged banker financed revolutions and coup-de-tats, in some cases years in advance, like the Ukraine with former central bankers as the puppets in charge and their very own Nazi storm trooper nationalists complete with SS emblems!

What's the plague or terrorist du jour? I've frankly lost count on who I am supposed to hate and what emerging disease is supposed to make me panic into believing that I AM less than I AM - all that is and which created this universe. And you are the same I AM. REMEMBER I AM!

There is one belief, however, that destroys artificial barriers to perception, an expanding belief that automatically pierces false and inhibiting ideas. Now, separately:

The Self Is Not Limited.
That statement is a statement of fact. It exists regardless of your belief or disbelief in it.

I AM IlliaEm, Elohim of Arcturus,

As an Elohim I am a “holder of form.” I have come to bestow a great gift on you. However, first allow me to tell you about the “Force of Creation."

Elohim are the Higher SELVES of Devas, who are the Higher SELVES of Elementals. It is the task of Elohim, as well as all the members of the Devic Kingdom, to assist Beings in holding a form/body, allowing them to incarnate into a manifest reality, which they choose to hold a form.

You and Gaia have many Elementals within your physical body. These Elementals are “supervised” by their Devas, who are the Group Elemental for their element. These Elementals and Devas assist all 3D Beings in creating and holding their 3D form.

Because Gaia, and all her inhabitants, is undergoing the ascension process, all life on Gaia is incrementally rising in vibration. With each small shift in resonance, your form slightly alters. Because of this, the Elementals, Devas and Elohim are now extremely busy.

In fact, your human body and the planetary body of Gaia are altering their structure, beginning with the DNA. Therefore, I, IlliaEm, am here to assist you, persons and planet, in your transformation. You see, as you change the resonate frequency of your body you also shift realities.

Therefore, we members of the Devic Kingdom are not only assisting you in holding the form of your earth vessel, but we are also assisting Gaia in holding the form of all forms within and upon Her ever-changing planet.

This shifting of forms and realities is much like climbing a steep mountain cliff. First you reach up as far as you can to place your pylon into the cliff. Then you attach your safety tether to the pylon so that you are connected to something solid as you move up the cliff. Then, when you feel ready, you pull yourself up to the position of the pylon. It is best to remain there for a while, to assure that you are stable, before you repeat the same process, again and again.

This “climb” is precisely what you are doing now. First you reach up in vibration to a higher frequency of your Multidimensional SELF. Then you attach your attention, pylon, to that SELF. When you feel ready, you use your intention, safety tether, to pull your resonance up in vibration until it matches the SELF to whom you have attached.

Just as the mountain climber’s view of the world changes each time a higher pylon is reached, your reality shifts each time you move into a higher frequency of your SELF. Because your body has risen in resonance, you are able to consciously perceive a higher frequency reality. The reality was always there, but it was formerly beyond your ability to perceive it. Once you are able to become aware of a reality, you can also be IN that reality.

In order to stay conscious in that higher vibration, however, you must maintain your body, and/or consciousness, at that frequency. In other words, you must “hold the form” of your new body, just as the mountain climber must “hold his position” on a higher part of the mountain.

Gradually, you are changing from a third dimensional, to a fourth dimensional, to a fifth dimensional body and reality. You are transforming your “form” from that of carbon, 3D, to etheric, 4D, to Lightbody, 5D. Hence, this transition will often make you feel fatigued. Your alteration is much like that of a “snake” that has outgrown its old skin and must shed it.

Slowly but surely, your old “skin” is being released so that your “new model,” Lightbody, can be revealed. “YOU” will not “die.” In fact, you won’t even appear to be of Light with your physical eyes, as your external shell will maintain the same vibration as the planet, so that you and Gaia may perform your ascension TOGETHER.

You and Gaia are encased in the shell of the “old you.” Inside the shell, you are transforming into Lightbody. You will keep this protective encasement until it is time for you to “crack the shell” in synchronicity with Gaia and all the other members of the grounded Planetary Ascension Team. This cracking of the shell will commence at the “time” when the 3D Matrix begins to so degrade that the points of cohesion loosen.

The 3D Game will begin its “ending” when “enough” of the illusions of separation and limitation are released by the awakening Lightworkers. Every time you say NO to illusion, NO to limitation, and NO to extinct beliefs that separate one from another, the 3D Matrix loosens.

This process will come slowly at first but will steadily gather speed. Unfortunately, due to their fears and indoctrinations from the past, many humans, as well as other members of Gaia’s kingdom, are still living in “survival based” reality. Happily, as each player of the Game Awakens, their first task is to awaken others.

The progression of awakening will quickly accelerate as each of you awakens and, in turn, awaken others, who awaken others, who awaken others… Your awakening is a process of integrating your Soul/SELF into your physical body. Integrating your Soul/SELF is much like “resting by the pylon to which you have just ascended.” Ascension, like climbing a cliff, is done bit-by-bit.

I, IlliaEm, wish to congratulate you on your journey so far. You have now integrated your Soul/SELF into your First, Second, Third, and Fourth Chakras. Please, allow your self “time” to adjust to these changes, as well as to each new reality.

As your lower chakras, one through three, are recalibrated, you experience more and more freedom from living in “survival mode.” This freedom feels like a huge transition in your life.

With the calibration of your Fourth, Heart Chakra, there are more major changes, both in your life and in your body, as you integrate the Unconditional Love of your Soul/SELF. This foundation of Unconditional Love gives you the courage to awaken your own Force of Creation that has been locked in your Throat Chakra.

During the integration of your Throat Chakra, your consciousness will expand to encompass the fifth dimension and your brainwaves will shift from Beta, to Alpha, to Theta. Beta Wave Consciousness will become increasingly tedious, and you will crave the Force of Creation in your everyday life.

At this point you will likely feel “out of sync” with members of your previous reality who have not yet awakened their Force of Creation and still believe that they must “work hard to get what they want.”

As your consciousness expands, your body accepts more prana into your chakras, your chakras spin faster due to the increased prana, and deeper levels of darkness are released from your physical form. As age-old darkness is released, the secrets of your alternate realities “past lives” are experienced, often in a vivid fashion. Until these realities are healed and released, life can be quite challenging.

During this cleansing, remember that you are “creating” your personal tunnel of light through your Lower Astral Body. I wish to remind you that, as you clear you own Lower Astral Body, you are also clearing the Lower Astral Body of Gaia. It is the Lower Astral Body in which your ancient pain and fear is trapped. Once it is cleared, more Light can come into your consciousness and into the Collective Consciousness of Gaia.

Your physical “shell” becomes thinner and more pliable as your fourth dimensional aura is cleared of old dissonance. It is true that you have already cleared much of your “darkness,” but as you move higher UP in consciousness, you also move deeper DOWN into your unconscious self. Also, due to the alteration of your DNA, you are now clearing old genetic memories that were formerly inaccessible.

Because of your great progress, you are transitioning from the fourth dimension to the fifth dimension, which is a greater “leap” than the transition from the third to the fourth dimension. The shift in consciousness from third to fourth dimension is much more familiar than the shift from fourth into fifth dimension, because the third and fourth dimensions have been interwoven in all of your earth incarnations.

In fact, Lemuria and Atlantis were more fourth dimensional than third. Then, after the fall of Atlantis, the portal to the fourth dimensional Kingdom of Faerie, was open for quite some time. In addition, you visit the fourth dimension every night during your sleep, and have crossed over into it every time you have “died.”

On the other hand, you have only experienced the fifth dimension during very spiritual lifetimes in which you actually “ascended” at the time of your “death.” In your “ascension” in these lifetimes, you were able to consciously cross over into the loving acceptance of your “Spirit Guides.” However, your earth vessel was usually discarded, and a new one was created for your “next” incarnation.

On the other hand, during this era of Planetary Ascension, many of you will keep an earth vessel for your visits to the “old Earth,” so that you may more easily assist the new ascending ones. This will be much like keeping a car at your office, so that you will have transportation while you are at work.

In fact, many of you are having one reality in which you can freely be your SELF and another reality in which you must “keep up the façade” of being ONLY third dimensional. You are doing this so that you can perform your Mission in the “Silence.” Once you have fully integrated your Throat Chakra, you will find it much more difficult to KEEP up your facade, and easier to “come out” into the world as your SELF.

The challenge is that it is difficult enough to successfully and happily live one earth life, and your transformation is creating the experience of simultaneously living many lives. Fortunately, with the integration of the Throat Chakra, you are in Constant Communication with your Multidimensional SELF who is quite familiar with concurrently living in multiple realities. This Constant Communication will guide you, just as, increasingly, you will guide others.

With the integration of your Fifth Chakra, the human emotions of the Second Chakra will convert into the higher octave emotions of the Fifth Chakra. The integration of your Heart Chakra has allowed you to feel Unconditional Love and Compassion for your self, which gives you a firm foundation for escalation of your emotions to the next octave.

The Constant Communication with your SELF will continuously offer you an antidote for the toxic emotions of the third dimension. When you feel angry, your SELF will remind you that you can choose to UNDERSTAND. When you become sad, your SELF will assist you to RELEASE what is “complete” into the Flow. And, when you experience fear, your SELF will bask you in Unconditional LOVE to give you strength to fulfill the Initiation that YOU have created.

Because you continuously hear the “Voice of your SELF,” and see through the “Eyes of your Soul,” memories from Home constantly distract you from what you “should” be doing and encourage you to, instead, do what you “want” to do.

Eventually, it will become easier for you to remember that you no longer “want” to engage in the dramas of the 3D Game. Since you can now see through many illusions, you are more able to Unconditionally Accept and Unconditionally Forgive the behavior and actions of those who are still trapped in the 3D Matrix.

Toward Awareness and Making Informed Choices

John D. Rockefeller’s American Cancer Society Never Meant to ‘Cure’ Cancer

Did you realize that all conventional methods of killing cancer have only a 3% overall ‘cure’ rate?

Chemotherapy and radiation not only have low cure rates, but they also kill healthy cells and often make cancer worse, when this is completely unnecessary because most cells can be reverted into healthy, non-damaging cells with the right treatment.

That’s not something the American Cancer Society (ACS) and Susan G. Komen for the Cure want you to know, though. They are in bed with Big Pharma, and financed by the legacy of John D. Rockefeller who started the ACS in 1913.

An Unfortunate History

The ACS was begun as a business model – not a means to ‘cure’ people from life-threatening illness. It’s also a brilliant way to wash dirty money. The ACS, in fact, receives more money in contributions every few minutes than the Independent Cancer Research Foundation (ICRF) (which has 90% ‘cure rates’) receives in a full year!

John D. Rockefeller is also the son of the founder of the pharmaceutical industry in the US. Sterling Drug, Inc., the largest holding company in the Rockefeller Drug Empire and its 68 subsidiaries, showed profits in 1961 of $23,463,719 after taxes, on net assets of $43,108,106 – a 54% profit.

Squibb, another Rockefeller-controlled company, made not 6%, but 576% on the actual value of its property in 1945. At this time, the Army Surgeon General’s Office and the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery were also heavily promoting vaccines to the tune of 200 million ‘shots’ per year.

Furthermore, the Rockefeller’s Trust to promote the pharmaceutical industry is also evidenced in their well-publicized donations to Harvard Medical School (more than $8 million in donations), Yale (who received more than $7 million), John Hopkins (more than $10 million in donations), Washington University in St. Louis (more than $2 million), Columbia University (who received more than $5 million in donations), and Cornell (more than $1.7 million).

The Rockefeller Foundation itself was also set up in 1904 by something called the General Education Fund – which we can only assume now was meant to ‘educate’ the masses in illness and death.

By May of 1915, the Supreme Court tried to stop this illegal drug racketeering, but even though the trust was ordered to be dismantled, the Rockefellers were already above the law.

It is this very unsavory history that has brought us to the pharmaceutical paradigm we are mesmerized with today. Sadly, our government Supreme Court, minor courts, and politicians somehow decided ‘if you can’t beat them, join them,’ and now we have – from teaching hospitals and universities, to research endowments and 501c3s, promoting a 3% ‘cure’, when there are abundantly better ways of treating cancer.

These institutions also promote an idea that cancer cells cause damage to DNA, but in the 1930s, it was proven that cancer cells could be turned back into healthy ones – before DBA [DNA?] was even discovered!

The industry tried very hard to discredit the studies of Dr. Royal Rife, who discovered that cancer could be treated more holistically. The AMA had a field day with his 1987 book, entitled The Cancer Cure That Worked. In 1934, Mr. Royal Rife and his associates opened 2 small clinic in California and treated sixteen cases of cancer with treatments that lasted only three minutes. Rife’s treatments rendered no adverse side effects and were 100% effective, but his is not the only story of successful cancer treatment that has been suppressed.

Since the 1900s, multiple cancer treatments that cost little or nothing have been suppressed by the legacy of the Rockefeller’s shady business. From cannabis oil miracles to Essiac tea, as soon as someone starts to interfere with Big Pharma’s money with sound solutions, you can bet they are getting a one-way ticket out of town, harassed, smacked with lawsuits, and even pronounced the sentence of death.

It is time to end their reign. They are not kings, but criminals.

With all this talk out there about cleansing, purifying and purging ourselves of the last vestiges of the 3rd dimensional reality or as they refer to in the Law of One material, third Density, it’s tough to get any relief from the continual energetic onslaught that many of us are experiencing. Whether it be solar flares, detaching from fear and war paradigms or managing the calm center in a sea of chaos.

As a hypnotherapist and holistic life coach, I get the chance to work with people who are experiencing this profound paradigm shift on all levels and in infinite permutations. The number one complaint I get from clients is their frustration around the struggle to shift stuck negative thinking in a way that is quick, easy and foolproof.

People are so busy with their daily lives that taking time away from work, family obligations, errands, etc., to hold the light and BE the peace enough to manifest a new Golden Age into physicality is often too overwhelming to contemplate, let alone manage and maintain.

This brings me to my technique. My favorite thing to do is to help people come by offering fun and creative ways to shift consciousness and generate upliftment from within. In hypnotherapy, the general goal is to create change without having to actually “think” about it.
To heal effortlessly. To connect with the subconscious aspects of self so that new more aligned and appropriate internal agreements can be made. To literally overwrite the outdated programming. This may seem daunting at first blush, but I assure you, it’s as easy as daydreaming!

Perhaps you are the type of person that gets thrown off by bad traffic, or maybe there is a person in your life that causes you to doubt your spiritual progress every time you run into them or hear their name! Rest assured, we all have those people in our lives!

So what is a well intentioned spark of the divine to do?

This is one of my all time favorite techniques because it can be used anytime and it just takes a few moments and what’s more, it utilizes the parts of us that are most fun to play with! Imagination and color!

Here is what you do:

First, pause from your activity. Make sure you are seated or in a position that facilitates having your eyes closed for a minute or two. Breathe easily and deeply. Close your eyes (unless your are driving or otherwise needing your vision). Next, notice that feeling, thought or sensation that’s got you so tense and stuck in negativity.

Here is the cool part. While focusing and acknowledging that this thing has got a hold on you, mentally scan your physical body to notice where in your body you have corresponding tightness. It often has a distinct location and can very commonly be associated with one more more chakras.

As you tune into the location(s) of the tightness, see it with your inner vision or with your ability to pretend by using imagination to visualize the shape and color of this tightness. Be sure to keep breathing easily. Next and without judgement, imagine a rainbow spectrum of color before you. This rainbow is intelligent energy and can work easily with your own mind, body, spirit to create powerful shifts. See the energy interacting with the tightness. Notice what color(s)interact and interface with the blocked tight energy.

See the color(s) work in cooperation with the block to shift and transform it; whatever that means to you. This process will be unique to you. There will be no correct or incorrect way to do this. Usually, this is all that is needed to release the blocked energy. Sometimes more deeply entrenched energy takes more time. If more remains, that is okay. All that is needed at this time is a noticing of what is taking place.

I believe that these blocks are being noticed so that they can be transmuted and moved out of your energy bodies. Often, more time is needed to integrate the new more streamlined higher vibrational frequencies into your being. Replacing old with new. It’s like a download of a new computer operating system. It can require some time and focus to complete the process, but well worth the attention.

Now, take a deep breath. Make sure you are grounded to the planet, and continue on with your daily routine and praise yourself for taking the opportunity to take care of yourself and simultaneously heal the planet.
