Is your world a bit dizzying? Have you been seeing double lately? Are you open to all possibilities in life one moment and in emotional disarray the next? Is it difficult to even get out bed and be a part of the world? Do you wonder how on earth this could be a sign of spiritual progress when it seems as if you keep sliding backwards or regularly play out old loops of old conditioning?

If so, it is a crucial stage of energetic expansion creating the vital foundation for your soul's ascension. As I dedicate today's energy update to helping you understand the significant shifting that has been occurring over the past few weeks (this week in particular) may it begin by freeing you from the need to blame yourself for the signs and symptoms of your highest evolution.

While many members of the first wave of ascension remain diligent in doing their inner spiritual work, it is easy to confuse symptoms of awakening with evidence of what needs to be further worked on or purged out of your field. It is easy for a heart-centered energetically-sensitive being to view themselves through a lens of imperfection. When this occurs, any thought, feeling, impulse, or tendency that does not match up with the goals of how a perfectly-aligned being behaves, creates a deeper desire to cleanse, release, and purge from a standpoint of self-judgment. Even when this pattern intensifies, as it has for so many this past week, it is all a part of a much bigger play I am here to explain.

May this explanation take the weight of the world off your shoulders and give you permission to let yourself off the hook. You have already done so much to support the evolution of the planet, even if you cannot see how far the positive affect of your vibration has already spread. Please remember, your continued support in the awakening of humanity is essential, but it cannot reach its full potency and power if you are beating yourself up, micromanaging your life, or using spirituality to be your biggest bully.

Those who still play out the old 3rd dimensional paradigm continue to treat themselves and others in this painful way, therefore, it becomes impossible for you to help lift the veil for others when using your spiritual path as a means of justifying the same outdated level of consciousness.

This means with every step forward into the 5th dimension, each choice you make to support your evolution, as well as the ascension of all, must be made with gentleness, relaxation, and joy as your guide.

As you may have already learned from the polarities of the 3rd dimension, trying to push away, avoid, or transcend any condition is an unsuspecting way of creating a deeper attachment to it. Equally so, opening up and allowing anything in your experience to be welcomed with gratitude, no matter how uncomfortable or inconvenient it seem to be, releases attachments out of your field.

Simply put - what you push away tends to stick around longer. Whatever you welcome, often decides to leave. The moment you ask, "When is this going to go away?" it seems to linger in your energy field. Each time it is welcomed with open arms and given permission to stay as long as it wishes, it receives the freedom to find somewhere else to be. It is important to remember how each uncomfortable pattern is just as much an expression of God consciousness as the ones you prefer. Essentially, they orbit the collective field after being cast away by personal judgments, waiting for someone to welcome them as an equal expression of the divine. As their divinity is acknowledged, each pattern is stripped of any history of judgment of being less than the Divine and returns to the Source of origin to be transmuted back into the totality of light.

It doesn't have to be imagined as your conditioning to clear, but an opportunity for you to participate in releasing humanity from limiting patterns.

Once you see patterns as the unresolved clutter within the collective field of consciousness, it is your willingness to welcome the divinity in all things, even when they don't feel so divine, that allows the energetic pressure in your field to lighten for the well-being of all.

This is being emphasized because this week officially marks the first stage of light body activation. In the first stage, all cellular debris in your energy field that acted as proof of being separate, or other than the source of divinity, is swept out of your field. As this occurs, space is created for the emerging light body in human form.

As you may have already learned, the proof of what you are healing can be noticed in the sensations you feel. While it is easy to assume the confirmation of healing is a feeling of spaciousness, the first sign of healing occurs the moment debris leaves your field. As I always say, "What you're feeling - you are healing."

Even when it feels as if energy or emotions are stuck within you, it is a sign of what is on its way out. In order to help it leave at a faster rate, it must be openly welcomed. If not, any tendency to contract or shut down narrows the path for it to be released like a moving truck trying to wedge itself through a narrow alley.

During the first stage of light body activation, it is common to feel emotional density, fatigue, anxiety, trembling arms or legs, reactivity to the conditioning of others, a loss of control, boredom, apathy, or depression. It can even create a sense of confusion or helplessness if trying to move toward being in the world at a faster rate than your healing unfolds.

You may be tired of incubating, but you may need a bit more time to rest and recover in order to bring forth the vibration this world is so blessed to receive. If nothing seems to be working, it is a way in which the Universe reminds you to continue healing and allow the bigger plan of your soul's purpose to find you - once fully activated.

There are some who have been immersed in the first stage of light body activation over the past two years. While not everyone spends the same amount of time in each stage, it is an opportunity to understand the greater spiritual implications of life to free you from blaming yourself or others for the intensity of your journey.

For those who have been physically drained, emotionally exhausted, and energetically spent for the past year or so, they are beginning to notice openings within themselves. As this occurs, it is the light body activating your field as a conscious expression of Spirit in action. Signs of these openings include: bursts of joy, inspiration, a deeper unexplainable faith in knowing all is well, a sense of interconnection with all things, a forgetfulness of past experiences, as well as a natural ability to notice the condition of others without being triggered or needing to do anything to remain centered.

As these openings are noticed, a cascading windfall of wellness can be sensed whether as momentary waves, or in longer durations of expansion.

As these waves become more frequent, it establishes a new way of being that activates your light body into present moment time. Even if you feel radiant wellness one moment, and fatigue the next, it is a sign that your energy field is getting used to the expanded consciousness and heightened frequency of your light body, but needs additional time to let it in. This is much like dipping a toe into a pool as a way of getting used to the temperature of the water. Soon, you'll put an entire foot underwater and in no time, you'll feel safe enough to dive right in.

As is always true in the evolution of consciousness that the faster you proceed, the more quickly you stagnate. The slower you move, the further you advance.

This period of light body activation occurring within the full year span of all four blood moons is crucial to your shifting from dense physical form into a crystalline light body.

Whether you are experiencing outbursts of joy as a sign of your emerging light body, or continue to clear a path for its arrival through emotional releases or insufferable fatigue, I honor you as an active participant in the first wave of ascension.

Simply by being alive on this planet and making the choice to embrace yourself during life's most advanced stages of spiritual growth, you are doing so much to positively impact the consciousness of all.

On behalf of the Galactic Council, I congratulate you on how far you've already traveled and assure you, as we come together to fulfill our mission - the best is yet to come. Please share this energy update with your community of awakening hearts, so all may receive the transmission of energy infused in these words to help integrate the light body into a fully activated reality.

A Hearty Congratulations is in order!!! This last month has seen the commencement of your beautiful rebirth into a heightened Multidimensional Oneness of Self state (the prelude to donning what many have deemed full Christ/Buddha Consciousness or ascension). The great in-breath period of May 27 through June 11 or so, brought not only enormous Inner Shifts, Transformation, and Restructuring but also a culmination of the Resolution, Reclamation, and Soul-Retrieval Sequencing Process - for you as well as other Warriors of Light. For countless others woven into the 5D-7D Collective Higher Mind/Web of Life, the sequencing process has only just hit its stride. But for those of the first hour - (or the nodal points of the Higher Collective Mind/Web) your time has come, as by now you undoubtedly know.

You've gone from the very early days of being lost/adrift within a vast sea of Self to now, standing firmly at the center of your own multidimensional and/or multifaceted DIAMOND CONSCIOUSNESS. You now have mastership of this "control tower" position, and can choose at will which facet (window) of your diamond (soul) to gaze through at any given time - or even perhaps gaze through all at the same time, as all of your various soul fragments/incarnations/parallel selves (aspects of their consciousness) are almost fully retrieved/integrated at this point within you and are eager to be of service to you, to the greater Whole/Higher Divine Self. Achievement of diamond-like consciousness is also symbolic/indicative of your crystalline DNA further activating, stimulating, and generating further bodily change/transformation/transfiguration.

These lost, forgotten, shrouded or parallel aspects of self, have been reintroducing themselves to you (through dream and meditation/vision) in earnest since just before the June 12/13 full moon/expression phase began. It was also during this time (on the cusp/overlap of both the in and out breath phases) that your physical body went through a 4-day purging process due to the tsunami of in-pouring light/information, the further restructuring of your entire body/vessel, and the culmination of the Resolution, Reclamation, and Soul-Retrieval Sequencing Process. Not to mention that you were also tested on several occasions throughout daily life on your ability to keep your vibrational level up to a certain level/frequency (in your newly structured state) as well as tested on your discernment in making contact with parallel/multidimensional aspects of self (note: other influences/entities may try to pass themselves off as somehow linked to you, in order to establish a link with you - that may or may not be ok with you, but wouldn't you rather that be a more conscious decision either way?)

So overall yes, a LOT of healing, movement and growth has happened and in a very very short time. Growing pains are only natural as a result. I know you felt the full spectrum of these changes within every inch of your body - on every level. And even though you were quite physically miserable at times, I think you'll agree that it was very much worth it, especially in contrast to how wonderfully integrated, centered, strong, loved and empowered you now feel. You can literally feel yourself coming Home.

As a result of this tremendous inner work, you now KNOW who you are in TOTALITY, and are learning to recall each soul/star family skill, function, experience and/or memory needed within, in order to best support self and others in any given situation. Which is exactly what you'll be called upon to do in the very near future on a collective/communal level and as the current expression/out-breath phase deepens, you will be encouraged to practice just that more and more. What is different this time, is that you'll now spend your time and your resources more wisely - for as you have restructured (and continue to do so) so have your priorities and perspectives been restructured/shifted. As you can already attest to, many new projects, opportunities, and avenues suddenly begin to open up in order for you to express, commune with, orexplore all that you've in-breathed and integrated during each in-breath. Explore and share the many facets and capacities of your diamond consciousness! Not only will this allow you to fully step into, BECOME, hone/own all that you are by Divine Decree but also will further support/fuel the Collective's further completion of the overall Sequencing Process, allowing the 5D-7D Collective Higher Mind/Web to further awaken - to become conscious in it's own right, lest you forget that you are a most powerful node along it! For the Collective Heart beats healthy and true, it is the Mind that must fully awaken now, and therefore is in the process of doing.

As outlined previously, the later part of this month promises to pack even more potential for catalytic shifts, change, and/or transformation - on so many levels both individually and collectively that it would be impossible to list them all out. Suffice to say that a number of factors, catalysts, or events will begin to emerge and quickly snowball in duration and intensity as the Sequencing Process really kicks into high gear at a Collective level - literally, anything is possible as more moments of collective no-time/separation are experienced and in longer duration. The great time of change/transformation/rebirth is at hand!

Today we would like to focus your attention upon the current energy. There are very many of you who are being encouraged to really contemplate what it is you want to create from this point on; to clearly identify what you DO and do NOT want to create. And in doing so, you are being met with the blissful feelings of trusting in your ability to create the life of your dreams, only to be met with the fears and doubts that have plagued your minds for years that say you cannot. “Why is this you ask? What am I doing wrong?” To this we smile, as you have done nothing wrong, you are simply remembering how to fly. You see, you are integrating new beliefs which say that you are capable of creating and manifesting any desire, while trying to release the fears and doubts which say that you cannot, and there you sit, precariously perched ready to take flight only to be met with the fear that you might fall.

The time has come to make the large decisions in order for you to create the life you have always dreamed of having. You see much of what you thought you wanted is no longer something that you desire to create. This is what we would like to further elaborate upon in hopes of assisting you to make these large decisions that undoubtedly so many of you are having to face.

First and foremost, let us begin by saying that you cannot make a mistake, every choice that you make allows you to learn from the particular experience and helps you to determine if it is something you would like to continue to create or if you would rather make a new decision. Many are quite fearful of making the “wrong” decision and as a result they choose to make no decision; never realizing that indecision is still a decision. It is the decision not to choose.

We often say that you cannot hit a target if you don’t know where it is. You are being urged to recalibrate, re-examine and refocus your thoughts and desires. What decisions and actions will attract the most joyful experiences into your life? The coming months will be filled with many life changes and it is in these now moments that you are directing the change you will undoubtedly face.

Some of you are contemplating changing your location, your jobs, your lifestyle, or your relationships just to name a few. What suited you before is no longer in resonance with your true passions; and so you must now dream a new dream. You are in the process of shedding the confining beliefs which filled you with fear all the while trying to integrate a new belief system that will allow you to soar to your highest potential. Because you are resonating within the lower dimensions of perceived time and space, this transition is felt as a process rather than an instantaneous moment of replacing one belief with another, hence the feelings of highs and lows as you conquer you fears.

Your heart is searching for true happiness, peace of mind and constant joy. We are witnessing many of you awakening to what really brings you joy. As you are learning, it cannot be found in the most updated object or the latest trend or even in another person, your happiness lies within. You are being urged to simplify your lives, to release obligations that do not serve you.

You are experiencing the strong urge to release, let go and refocus on what truly makes you happy. It is now time to let go of all that has held you back in the past. You are being offered the chance to start fresh, to make a new choice, to create a new life. As you feel the urge from your heart to pursue the adventures and experiences that will bring you the most peace of mind, your logical mind questions if it can be done. The mind is not equipped to understand how your dreams can manifest; the mind is only equipped to determine what you wish to create. As the heart and the mind battle for your attention, you are in the midst of remembering how to trust in yourself.

We would say that many humans are fearful of change, not because they will experience something different but because they are fearful that the new experience might actually be worse than what they are experiencing currently. As we have stated time and time again this year is directly focused on allowing you to gain the trust in yourself, the trust in your ability to manifest all that you desire regardless of how any circumstance may appear. You are certainly not alone in this overwhelming desire for change; it is rapidly spreading throughout the masses. The awakening has begun.

The cycles and patterns that have captured your attention for so long are coming to an end. And so we say, when your path leads you to the edge of a cliff you will have two choices, turn back or learn to fly. We hope you choose to spread your wings and fly.

Beloved Ones,

You have been passing through many portals through the last few months and now comes the process of assimilation of the energies and the shifting into a new perspective on your personal and collective journey. Many of you are arriving and perceiving, however dimly at first, the underlying potential that lies like magical seeds within the garden of your life. You are realizing that it is YOU who does the creating of the direction your life should go and it all involves the constant use of your focus and your thoughts. It is important to remember that your thoughts are now in position to be more potent and more powerful than ever before, for the energies you have passed through have cleared many obstacles that were standing in your way forward. If you have been working on being attuned to these new energies, the way forward will fall into place in magical and wondrous ways. What seemed so difficult and unreachable before will now come into manifestation without too much focus from you.

With these potentials comes a warning to be responsible in your every thought, word and deed, for your power to create has been greatly magnified. Use self discipline and discerning awareness of the thoughts you are holding in each moment. As they come up, along with the associated feelings with them, learn to change all those thoughts and feelings that are from the old paradigm that were keeping you small in your perceptions of your own abilities and how you might use them. Realize that you are no longer in that place and space and that now, you can be all that you have desired to be and that you can have all the good in your daily life that you have desired and deserved. You have done the work and now you are preparing to create the beauty of your new life. Celebrate each moment by rewarding yourself often. Surround yourself with the beauty of nature as often as you are able, for in this lies the power to regenerate and rejuvenate your human operating systems in a safe and conducive way.

Be kind to yourselves in the thoughts and feelings that you hold within yourself and immediately change any thoughts that are disempowering into ones that empower and uplift you. This may be challenging at first because you are still going against the mainstream of old and diminishing energies, but with constant repetition and use of this method, you will gain immeasurably in your own self esteem and confidence. Picture yourselves in the positions of teachers, healers and masters, helping others to learn to balance and bring their own energy systems into equilibrium. See yourselves giving encouragement and upliftment to those around you and practicing random acts of kindness in which you expect nothing in return, only the joy and pleasure of giving to others in a way that uplifts you. This is good practice and a good way to begin to be of service to others without any need for recognition for your efforts.

As the Divine Feminine energy flows into the atmosphere of Earth, people will feel more connected to each other, and will be more willing to risk the opening of their hearts as they let down their shields of protective patterns of thought and behaviour which no longer serve the magnificent future that lies tangibly before them. Many on the Earth at this time are suffering greatly within themselves, for as they become awakened they are realizing that they could have done many things differently in situations that needed their attention. It is important for these ones to realize that they did not have the same perspective at the time of these events that they now hold and to allow themselves forgiveness of their perceived shortcomings during those times. This also indicates that you have come a long way!  Celebrate this accomplishment and reward yourself in a way that is meaningful for you.

Life on this planet is a journey of self discovery and just as one must hold the helm on a sailboat to keep it safely afloat, one must learn and adjust to the current that tosses them about as they sail on their journey through life. All of life is about the experience of it and this is how one matures and progresses. There are no judgements from the divine realms, only learning and growth within each individual. Each of you has chosen your soul path in order to gain more awareness and power of the divine attributes of your divine essence and you are directly experiencing that path in your moment of now. 

In other words, you are fully participating on your chosen journey of life, with all its seeming ups and downs. This is the way that you as soul have chosen to bring into your earthly life all the people, situations and conditions that lie before you in your current moment. Your attitude can make it a pleasant and empowering experience or one that you resist which brings with it, the corresponding feelings of not being supported by the universe. Your power of choice in the attitude you take can help you make a leap forward to a new and happier way of life. When one chooses the path of least resistance, life begins to unfold in a kaleidoscope of enriching and loving experiences. It is all up to you.

Greetings Masters ! I am Metatron Lord of Light, and I embrace you in this moment. With me are the energies and presence of the Angelic Realm, the Ascended Masters of the Cosmic Council of Light, and those benevolent Beings of the Sirian-Pleiadean Alliance. We welcome you, each of you here, in a 'Now' moment of unconditional love.

Dear Ones, with the understanding that you are here for learning, we tell you that the 'University of Polarity Earth' is specifically designed for the evolution of the human soul.

The curriculum and venue of Polarity Earth, the educational process, is in fact a version of the Omni-Earth that is created and co created in Divine Intelligence. It is a purposed illusion, it is created by purposed thought, and cannot be destroyed. Consider that. That does not mean you do not have responsibilities in the care of Earth and it's supporting Kingdoms, for indeed that is part of the learning process.

The purpose of the EarthPlane is your soul evolution. The Earth supports that mission, by Divine plan, by agreement, and all of the Kingdoms of Earth are part of that. Accordingly we tell you that there are versions of other Beings that are of Divine Intelligence that are here to support you in your purpose here.

These include Master Beings from many realms. Some make visitations here to support you, and some chosen of these come in full avatar consciousness. But be aware that there are versions of benevolent Master Beings that have by agreement chosen to manifest in various step-down forms to support humanity.

Those of the Animal Kingdom on the Earth are here to support you. Part of that process involves their expression on the EarthPlane in 'Group' Consciousness. The deepest dimensions of the animal self exist not at the level of the individual but of the entire species, and that highest level is not enrolled in the duality lesson, per se.

And so we speak this gathering of the Sacred Felidae of Sirius A.

The Sacred Felidae and Canidae are incredible Beings that bring tremendous support to the Humanity.

The Felidae are Divine Intelligence, fully evolved, magnificently conscious in crystalline expression. They are members of both the Sirian-Pleiadean Alliance, and of what may be termed the Niburian Mastery Council. Both of whom are benevolently involved in the up shift of the consciousness evolution of planets and planetary races who are prepared to graduate into the next level in their Ascension.

The Felidae

The Felidae, are a Feline species who originate on Sirius A. These are Beings that have entered the Earthplane since ancient times in specific roles and formats. The versions currently in physical form on the Earth-Plane are in what may be termed the Feline and Canine family. These physical formats on the EarthPlane are here to support you, and in their physical matrix are but a portion of the consciousness of their Sirian nature.

That is because the Felidae expression on the earth are in group soul format, and are not here to evolve as a species, but rather to support the earth and assist humanity in evolution. The greater part of their consciousness is above the level of the EarthPlane. The feline operate vastly in the ethereal or stealth antimatter realm.

Their full consciousness existed and manifested in LeMurian, Atlantean and early Egyptian eras.

The Masters of the Sacred Felidae were involved in the genetic engineering in the Temple of Purification (on Poseida) in Atlantis during the Golden Age of the Law of One. This was done in a very positive and benevolent manner, prior to such technology being tragically misused by the Aryan Sons of Belial in the sad demise of the final era of Atlantis.

The Felidae of Sirius A and Cetacean Sirian-B Masters are skilled at integrating spirit into physical matter. This in not only giving life-force to a physical form, but also in integrating higher chakric levels of consciousness within the physical matrix in Mer-Ka-Na level multi-dimensionality.

This ability to work with humanity in energetic terms involves activating higher chakras and higher crysto-light bodies. This higher level of consciousness is the Crystos Consciousness, and the Cetaceans are Crystalline Masters. Their renewed role on the earth includes assisting the shift-transition from the declining magnetic polarity grid to the evolving Crystalline Grid.

Question to Metatron: So are the Beings from Sirius B primarily aquatic, and the Beings from Sirius A Feline ?

Metatron Response: The habited realm circulating Sirius B is primarily aquatic and the Cetaceans, the Dolphin and Whale are aquatic. Yet also of a high enough consciousness to manifest form that can equally habituate within both aqueous realms and what would be termed land.

The life forms, of the sister star, Sirius A are different expressions than the Cetaceans. Sirius A enlivens Humanoid Life (Starseed) ), as well as the Sacred Starseed Felidae. These are all Beings of Divine Intelligence, that all have varied expressions supporting the Earthplane .

These all interact with your planet on many levels in myriad forms.

Question to Metatron: You have mentioned that only humans are in soul evolution on planet earth. Aren't the dolphins and whales also in a high state of consciousness and evolution?

Metatron Response: The Sacred Cetaceans are indeed in a high state of evolution. But they are not on the earth to evolve. They are already evolved. So understand they are here on the earth to support the earth and assist mankind in so doing. The Cetaceans are physically here to anchor the energy in the aquatic portions of the earth to enable the planetary balance and facilitate the shift from magnetic to crystalline.

The etheric, nonphysical, return of the 'Golden Dolphin' is the Sacred Cetaceans in full avatar Mastery directly assisting humanity to evolve into Crystalline Mer-Ka-Na field.

The Felidae are assisting humanity in physical manifestation, but have also assisted in etheric Mastery particularly in Atlantis, Central America and Egypt. But in the stepped down form, assist you in emotional and mental fields, and this is the primary topic of today's discourse, that of the Felidae in expression of Feline and Canine.

Question to Metatron: I am intrigued by the information on the Felidae and Canidae of Sirius- A. Are you speaking of cats and dogs? Can you expand on this?

Metatron Response: Certain breeds of what may be termed house cats and dogs, are indeed uniquely designed derivations of the Starseed Felidae. They perform specific roles in assisting humans. The 'house' versions of cats & domestic dogs are genetically engineered from the Golden Age of Atlantis.

The genetic engineering was benevolently done by the Sirian -Pleiadean Alliance and is an extremely helpful action, as stated to assist humanity as they became more densely ingrained in the Earth-Plane.

Now, what you term as canine and feline are of the same source, both are derivations of the Starseed Felidae. Cats and dogs are different physical forms of the same source.

The Felidae of Sirius A are a fully conscious crystalline being. They have melded into a group unity consciousness, yet still retain aspectual individual identities with the greater harmonic field. The Group Field chooses to assist humanity in your Universe and others.

Cats & Dogs

Both cats and dogs in this derivation are serving as benevolent energy giving assistants to humans, to their caretakers. Both have the capacity to meld their energy fields with the human and are uniquely capable of becoming personality fragments of their human caretakers. That is why certain of these can often begin to display the physical characteristics of their 'owners', although this particular aspect occurs more commonly with the canine.

The canine exudes an extreme loyalty and unconditional love. A dedication that energetically is received by the human, and can assist in many ways. The dogs ( and cats) become both companions , healers and protectors. The feline, the cat, is much more in the ethereal (antimatter) realm in its conscious field. That is why many past societies worshiped the Feline forms of Jaguar, Lion, Tiger and Puma.

These beings are extremely aware of thought forms of ethereal realms and offer a stealth strength and protection. The house cat is capable of tremendous protection for their caretakers from untoward thought forms and negative energies. Certain breeds of dogs have this ability as well, but it is expressed and enacted differently.

Vibrational Healing

The purring of a cat is very beneficial in healing, repairing and protecting the human aura. The mystical aspect of cats has long been recognized, and 'Temple Cats' were used in many ancient societies as well as companions and allies of the shaman.

The Lupus, and other canine species such as the wolf have this ability as well. Both cats and dogs have capacity to sense and see in far greater dimensionality than the human eye. The therapy and service of cats and dogs in working with abused children, terminally ill patients, the depressed and elderly in nursing homes are examples of significant pet therapy healing being more and more recognized. This will be expanded even further in the future.

Cats see above visible light, and can actually see the human auric field, the Human EMF, and all manner of energy emanations invisible to the human eye. The wide spectrum that cats perceive in light fields is quite amazing. Cats see in fields of both non physical matter and non matter.

Cats also are uniquely able to assist humans in not only better understanding their dreams and dream world interludes...but also capable of assisting you in more lucid awareness while in an ongoing dream, in other words greater conscious clarity during dream-states.

Dogs are more in the field of matter, and sense or feel these auric field and indeed are extremely capable of understanding the direct resonance of the human emotional field.

Additionally Felidae 'canine' , dogs assist in helping humans better understand their feelings and emotional blockages, and help humans work through them into a better state of balance. We will speak more on these attributes further into this discussion.

The service of 'Seeing-Eye' dogs with the blind is another area of service in which great bonds are created. Dogs are able to 'feel' and indeed smell dis-ease within the human body. they will often lay their own bodies in the area of the human malady and transfer energy to assist in re-balancing the area of imbalance. They will also mentally project awareness to the human of the malady in direct telepathic communication.

Cats will provide a similar service, but there sense of the human imbalance is visually observed. A cat sees the human auric field in great clarity, in vivid color and detail. Areas of malady will appear discolored to the feline. The cat will often lay on the area and purr, or exude a balancing frequency or color to assist the re-balance.

Unique Melding With Human Consciousness

The version of Felidae and Canidae that are cats and dogs are but a fragment of the full consciousness and energy spectrum of their Sirian aspects.

Yet this expression is specifically and purposefully designed to be so, for these beings can become so bonded with the humans they serve, that a unique third consciousness can succinctly evolve between the human and the 'pet', that is extremely beneficial to the evolvement of the human caretaker.

The earthen consciousness of the dogs and cats operates more on 'group-plurality' thought patterns with powerful instinctual triggers. Their designed (benevolent), divinely agreed DNA engineering is such that they have a unique and divinely purposed ability to become allied, programmed in a partnership with the human they are working with.

When this partnership occurs these beings are able to telepathically receive thought images sent by their caretaker. Just as human thought can program a living crystal, the same occurs, albeit in a different format, with dogs and cats. It may be termed as the formation of a personality aspect of the human within the cat or dog. The 'pet' then is capable of assisting the human in both physical and emotional ways. Providing comfort, energy, healing, companionship, detecting illness, sealing auric ruptures, and providing protection in physical and etheric realms.

Many humans have household pets in cats and dogs that help them work through blockages. One of the most common occurrences is that these Beings help you awaken your ability to express love. It is very easy to express and give affection to the household animal , and for many this is far easier than expressing love and kindness to other humans. Depending on the individual this blockage can occur for many reasons.

Very often as humans grow older, children move away and a spouse passes over, a seeming natural period of lonely isolation sets in. The interaction with the pet can awaken the flow of love through fond endearment. This interaction awakens the very life force in the isolated caretaker, and an interplay that is very therapeutic occurs.
We tell you that there is far more design and intelligence in the willing participation of the Felidae and Canidae than is recognized.

The Third Field Between Humans and Pets

When this third consciousness through interaction is formed, it expands the field of both parties. It awakens within it characteristics that neither of the parties involved had prior. In other words, it expands, it stretches the emotional field awareness and indeed the third meld consciousness, and this reaches back into and changes the individual awareness of both. The pet opens up your ability to remain 'positive' in allowing you to express love, and you 'teach' it , in a manner of speaking, to channel the greater part of its divine Sirian consciousness in doing so.

Your willingness for the interaction allows it to achieve its specific purpose, and there is an important growth on both sides unique to the field created between the two of you. The 'pet' operated in group consciousness prior to the 'melding blend with the human, and the individuality of it was formed in the bond with the human. Do you understand?

Question to Metatron: Are you saying that animals are not individual unless they blend with the human to form the 'consciousness meld' with humans?

AA-Metatron: In a manner of speaking, yes, that is what we are saying. But to be clear, we are not saying that animals do not have individual aspects before the meld. Each are incarnate in physical bodies, and are indeed subject to the gravitational characteristics, to some degree, that occur in the astrological influences in all life on the earth. But they operate fully and only in 'group soul' awareness, until the meld with humans(s) uniquely occurs. That interaction is succinct and builds a personal fragment capable of growing. But we are not saying that animals do not have a 'group' purpose without the meld.

The group purpose is transformed into a singular 'service' in the expanded field by means of the human interaction with the 'group' soul of the household pet as expressed in the individual cat or dog. It is therefore the human interaction that creates the individual field within the pet. So in a manner of speaking the animal has agreed to be benevolently 'programmed in blend ' with the mental field, emotional field & personality of the human caretaker for higher purpose.

This is how the third field is created, and that third field is a fragment of the human consciousness that benefits both you see. Yet the primary purpose is to benefit the human, a service provided by the Felidae. But there is a choice to accept the human on the part of the Felidae, and when that is mutually accepted, the greater role of the Group Soul can be fed into the meld, and wisdom, protection and healing can be given from the 'pet' to the human. So understand this third meld is a conduit that is very far reaching, but occurs by agreement.

The Atlanteans, LeMurians and Egyptians in particular, interacted with the Felidae in roles of guardianship and wisdom transfer. The Egyptian Temples contain many hieroglyphs depicting the Felidae, as having Feline heads and human torsos and limbs, complete with the 'Solar Disc' of enlightenment. The Sphinx is the reverse, the human head with the Feline body.

Question to Metatron: How exactly do 'cats and dogs' offer protection to humans? Is this by their greater awareness of other dimensions?

AA-Metatron: Yes, by specifically being much more in-tuned to other realms that are, as we have explained, somewhat invisible to human physical senses.

The guardianship in the specific forms as described in 'household or human interface versions' of the Sirian Beings is performed in a beautiful manner, and that is through not only the detection of what may be termed 'negative energies' but by neutralizing those very untoward energies by powerful projections of benevolent loving energy vibrations that are orchestrated through the Sirian Felidae to the human. The Sirian being diagnoses exactly what is needed and channels the necessary vibration to assist the caretaker.

You do not always recognize that you induce auric fracturing when you become depressed or highly upset. These states form negative fields that open you to untoward auric attachments that are energetically draining. 

When a cat 'purrs' the vibration is of a deep contentment, and the frequency within that vibration is very healing, capable of evaporating negative fields by neutralizing them. Likewise when dogs playfully jump and run, often in joyous spins, they are, like the dolphin, forming energy vortexes capable of cleansing the energies, and offering a 'channeled' frequency that is extremely beneficial to the earth environ, not only removing negative vibrations but creating a shield to eliminate their re-entry.

When cats seem to 'patrol' the perimeter of a room, house or yard, they are also exuding an immense protective field.

We will tell you that the Felidae and the Canidae, the Feline and Canine, are from the same root source of Sirius A, although their expressions on Sirius A are fully evolved. As we have told you the household versions of these Beings are in fact physical formats, genetically engineered by the Sirians to assist humanity in the ways we are herewith discussing.

Question to Metatron : To be clear, are you saying that cats and dogs are from the same Sirian source?

AA-Metatron: In the higher original source, yes. Both of the one crystalline fully Evolved Mastery of Sirius A, the Felidae. Cats and dogs are from the same source. On Sirius they are now Crystalline Light Beings, nonphysical from your perspective, appearing in Crystalline Light forms.

As we mentioned the Felidae have manifested in full Avatar Mastery at various times on your planet to assist you. The Felidae are masters of incorporating spirit into physicality and assisted in the original engineering of full strand DNA for mankind. Indeed the races of humanity contain Sirian Felidae aspects in their DNA, some more than others. The very athleticism and agility prevalent in some humans draws on this, to give one of many aspectual examples.

Question to Metatron : As an item of curiosity, if they are of the same Sirian source, why do dogs chase cats?

AA-Metatron: Dogs only chase cats until they catch them ! At that point the tables usually turn, and quite quickly ! (Laughter).

The short answer is that dogs work in the physical realm, and cats more in the nonphysical...as in matter/non-matter. Both completing the opposing sides of the 'torus', one inward, one outward. Canines in matter, Feline more in the etheric realm you see.

We will say that in a real sense, dogs and cats are inverses of the same frequency when expressed on the Earthplane. That is why cats generally sleep 16 hours and are active 8 hours, and the reverse schedule is true for dogs. Generally speaking the Feline, the domesticated cats tend to be more introverted and the Canine , dogs, more external, or extroverted. Their frequencies are then inward in the former, outward in the latter, and naturally attract one another....not repulse. You will find that dogs and cats raised or living in the same household develop special loving bonds. This particularly occurs in an enhanced manner when the animals have had past sojourns in which the fragment of personalities with the humans form. As an example, the channel now houses 2 cats and 2 dogs. They work together and share a deep bond, and all 4 are aspects of the two human caretakers. We will also add that one of the dogs, the female, has been Feline in the past more often than Canine.

The Sacred Felidae in their Earth-Plane manifestation have retained the unique ability to operate simultaneously in inner and outer world projections much more than humans. At any one time in which you observe the physical material manifestation of a Felidae, they are equally conscious of being fully manifested simultaneously in other dimensional planes. Quite often they interact within the other realms, while present physically in this one.

Linear Filters of Consciousness

Although humans also simultaneously exist in other levels, humans in 3d cannot interpret the frequencies of the other realms in consistency or lucid clarity through the physical brain alone. The mind, which is the inner counterpart of the brain, can at times perceive the far greater dimensions of any given event through a crysto-electric burst of sudden intuition or comprehension that cannot be adequately described on a verbal level. The crystalline electrical impulses that are perceivable within your 3d system is merely a tiny fraction of the vast crysto-electrical system in the Cosmos.

A human's physical brain is, on its own, quite incapable of accurate perception or deciphering the frequencies above polarity. It is impossible in the physical brain alone to even grasp the myriad complexity and dimension of the crysto-electrical potential and actuality as it exists. And although these are quite accessible in Mer-Ka-Na , via higher mind, non physical levels, are not accessed by the brain alone in the human, rather they must be developed in Mer-Ka-Na through mind.

So we tell you to keep in mind, pun intended, that the true origin, the eternal source and power of your Divine Intelligence and consciousness has never been rooted in the physical. Each and every human exists in other worlds, different realities and other dimensions, and the self that you call yourself is but a small portion of your entire identity. Because of the filters inherent to the physical brain, you are capable of focusing on the physical world around you, and it is that focus that enables you to eventually master the physical plane. We assure you that there is purpose in the filtering, for If the physical brain, with the ego personality were unscreened , and thus fully aware of the vast and constant barrage of telepathic communications that do impinge upon it, it would have a most difficult time retaining a sense of identity in linear perception.

It is because of the ego consciousness that you have a powerful identity awareness of the physical realm, for you are in physical with specific purpose. But we say again, it is not your true identity in the Cosmic over view.

While in physicality the human brain is simply not equipped in linear mode to be able to make sense of the signals coming in from higher dimensions. Your standard brain can't read them. To the brain these impulses appear to be a chaotic mélange of disconnected flash images. The ego-personality brain based in linear time cannot perceive data that is not based upon sequential continuity of moments.

Interestingly, certain of the Animal Kingdom, particularly the Felidae, can.

So with this axiom that Felidae and certain Canidae do operate more effectively in other coinciding planes, we tell you that is precisely why these Beings were recognized by more aware societies as guardians. It is why a dog will bark, or a household cat will move in quick reaction to energies unseen by the human eye.

Your academics understand that there are spectrums of light. You also understand that the 'average' human is only capable of physical vision in the narrow spectrum termed 'visible light'. The Felidae and certain Canidae are capable of seeing (and sensing) in a much wider sensory range. We tell you that physical matter also occurs in spectrum waves. So are there varying spectra of matter.

Your system of physical reality on the Earth-Plane is not nearly as wide-reaching or complex in relative comparison with many others. The dimensions given to the narrow spectrum of physical matter barely hint at the prolific varieties of higher nonphysical dimensions.. You do not recognize as yet the nature of the nonphysical in your own Galaxy, much less the Cosmos. We tell you that Universes can exist within a molecule, and other versions of Earth validly coexist where you now sit to read these words.

The Animal Kingdom : Forgotten Teachers

These beings that in current terms would be considered of the 'Animal Kingdom' have taught humans far more than you presently recognize.

The Beings that you term Animals operate in great and greater intelligence, albeit it in a thought pattern matrix uniquely formatted to the natural aspect of the Earth-Plane.

On an aspectual and level far more comprehensive than you currently grasp, the Animal Kingdom are here by agreement to support humanity on many levels. Their understanding of the Earth-Plane as a University of Development for humanity is extended from and back to their Mastery Source.

Their mental format pattern in the earthly expression is such that humans are held somewhat blameless.

Although humanity does have a huge responsibility to treat the Animal Kingdom with respect, the Animal Kingdom do not place guilt on humans. Their chosen mental format upon the Earth is formatted in such a manner that guilt is not an expression contained within it. Rather it is a pattern of instinct and benevolently capable of unconditional support.

One of the differences between the cat and dog expressions of the Felidae, are that dogs are more in the physical realm than cats. From and overview cats are far more etheric within the antimatter field, while dogs much more in matter. Dogs react more to the direct frequency of your emotions, whereas cats react more to vibration and light emanations. Dogs will feel and react to anger and guilt in a more tangible way than cats. Cats cannot experience guilt, and that detachment from direct human emotional waves is why cats may seem aloof.

Animal Totems

The Animal Kingdom have a more full, vast understanding and awareness of the other conscious kingdoms of the Earth, and have always had the ability to teach that to mankind. You have in current times largely forgotten, quite unfortunately, how much you learned from all of the Beings of the Animal-Kingdom. Humanity in campestral societies and cultures learned a great deal of medicine, of nutrition from watching animal behavior in interaction with the plant kingdom. Humanity observed carefully what plants to avoid, and which to cultivate. You learned survival techniques, and indeed social behavior by not only watching the animals, but by directly communicating telepathically with them.

In earlier sojourns and formative epochs, mankind far more closely identified with and understood the intelligence and wisdom offered by the natural instinctual patterns of the Animal Kingdom, and recognized them as wise teachers. And as a result they identified with humanity, and indeed interacted with humanity to a truly remarkable degree.

The Animal Spirits or Totems recognized and honored as wisdom carriers by the Native Americans are examples of the higher group collective of their higher, off-planet consciousness etherically manifesting to assist mankind.

The knowledge and intuitive communication of the Animal Kingdom with the Elemental and Devic consciousness of the Living Earth, the Mineral, Fire and Air is a precise understanding that could be of great assistance, affording forward signals to humanity in this time of Earth changes.

Question to Metatron: You advised earlier that the Felidae Starseed are the consciousness source for both the earthen feline and canine species of animals. Do all animals on the EarthPlane originate from Sirius A, from the Starseed Felidae?

AA-Metatron: No. Sirius A is the source of humanoids and Felidae. Sirius B is the source of the Sacred Cetacean, dolphin and whale. Dolphin and whale are of the same source , the Cetacean, just as the feline and canine are of the same source, Starseed Felidae.

Sirius is not merely two binary stars in the Cosmos with circulating planets. It is a vibrational frequency of a realm that has achieved Crystalline Ascension. It is accordingly a sacred celestial resonance and way of being within a vastly expanded consciousness. Sirius is within all dimensions both physical and non-physical. The Stars of Sirius are portals or gateways to these other dimensions, and the Felidae, Hathor and Cetacean are here in varied matrixial expressions to assist humanity grow in awareness, to balance the Earth and find their way home. The Sirians are receivers and transmitters of this divine loving energy.

Other members of the Animal Kingdom in Earthen expression come from a multiplicity of sources. For example the horse is Arcturian in source.

The Animal-Kingdom have truly been your teachers, although they did not choose your 'human' evolution path. As we have said, the Animal Kingdoms are not on the Earth to evolve in soul expansion, but rather to support the soul expansion of humanity.

We assure you that mankind could not have moved forward as a species had it not been for the Beings of the Animal Kingdom. Indeed certain of the Animal Kingdom, such as the bovine and certain other species of the mammal and bird, are here by agreement to provide a food source for mankind. Does that surprise you that this occurs by agreement? And although it is not the topic at hand, the Plant Kingdom has also been a huge support to mankind.

Domesticated animals have benevolent purpose in choosing their earthen expressions. Those of the Feline and Canine have a unique role of interaction in the aspects of human companionship. This is by a higher sourced 'service' agreement .And we will add the enhanced ability to form the 'personality meld' in household pet derivations of the Felidae, is genetically enhanced.

Interaction

Many humans find that they can interact more easily with 'pets' than they can with other humans. Pets don't talk back. The feline and canine are particularly committed to assist humans in dealing with blockage, in dealing with isolation, particularly as humans become older and alone.

Both cats and dogs oft teach humans to learn to love again and to open their hearts. Dogs are tied to the human emotional field, cats to the human psychic plane/ mental field. The two are very different expressions of the Felidae, but both are focused on your assistance, both are uniquely capable of forming a fragmentation aspect of the caretaker's personality.

When a human forms a personality fragmentation meld with a Felidae or Canidae, that succinct energy can uniquely evolve and often reincarnate, or re-attach within other lifetimes and within the same lifetime to continue to assist the owner. Thus a human may have the same energy essence of their cat or dog, over a span of 70 years, in several sequential cat or dog bodies.

For example, the two cats and one of the dogs that the channel is caretaker for in the present, were with him in different bodies as domesticated leopards in a past lifetime in Egypt.

Question to Metatron: Pets often become family members, like children to their caretakers. And when they pass-over, the caretakers are quite devastated. Can the same soul essence of the pet can reincarnate immediately, if the owner obtains a new pet?

AA-Metatron: The 'personality meld' of the pet is in essence a unique part of the human caretaker, a personality fragment. When a pet physically dies the meld-fragment consciousness will absolutely remain close-by in etheric planes to continue in connection to the human.

The human is often able to sense, even see or feel the essence of the pet after it passes over, or even if it runs away or is lost. The owner can communicate with the meld personality essence, and it will indeed 'reincarnate', re-enter the body of a new pet. This is best if the new pet is obtained within 2-3 weeks of the passing, and is the same breed as the previous pet. In a short time the distinct personality traits & characteristics of the previous pet will clearly re-emerge in the new body, and the relationship and support will continue.

In the event the new pet is a different breed and or a different astrological pattern, the similarities may not be as immediately apparent, but the meld-essence and support will be the same source. This is important to understand.

Responsibility

Dear Human, in 2014 and beyond it is essential you assume greater responsibility, greater awareness of the support given to you by all the Kingdoms of the Living Earth. You can no longer turn a blind eye to the mistreatment of the benevolent beings of all life forms, and we tell you that everything is energy, everything is conscious.

This will become more and more apparent to humanity in the new paradigm. The time for seeing animals as lower consciousness forms, as interesting curiosities is old energy. Imprisoning animals in restrictive cages in your zoos & aquariums must be reconsidered, must stop. Likewise the placing of highly conscious dolphins and whales in tanks for your entertainment is a generally tolerated cruelty in its present format.

Question to Metatron : You have stated that certain animals have by agreement entered the earth to serve as food sources in support of humanity. Is hunting wrong?

Metatron Response: Your souls merged into the biology & format of many life forms in pre duality earth. The expansion of most life forms manifested on the planet during what you terms as the Cambrian Explosion over 500 million years ago. Humanity entered some 200 million years ago in an approximation of time in your current stream of space-time in linear aspect.

The nature of the animal kingdom evolved in a manner that incorporated carnivorous survival of the species. One must understand that the group pattern, the group consciousness of animals is a thought pattern of instinct that permeates the group field in a plurality. In a sense feral animal species are like a tree, with each physical body forming a leaf on the tree. There is not the individual aspect in the bestial aspect in the 'step down' format of animals in nature. Although this may be difficult for you to understand, when one breed of animal consumes another for sustenance it is by agreement in the 'past to current' progression paradigm. In this aspect, animals have one group mind, one group consciousness incorporated into many 'feral-esque' bodies. Nature in this aspect has an innate process of finding balance. When the young, old or weaker members of the one group field-mind in the (undomesticated) animal kingdom are taken as survival food source by another species, there is not the loss of an individual consciousness, for there is truly not an individuated aspect as you think of it.

The group mind pattern remains alive, and is streamed into a refinement in which the stronger survive. The consciousness of the animal being consumed simply withdraws & rejoins the oneness group pattern within the whole. The group mind understands in higher state the agreement occurring. So the captured animal being consumed is not conscious in the aspect of a human, and the energy simply and immediately enters back into the group body-field. This may be confusing to you, but it is in a crude analogy, in a basic sense, like trimming leaves from a bush or tree. The group survives in nature as it fits into the conditions that allow for survival of the species, just as a tree of bush grows new leaves when some are removed. The tree survives, the species survive in the same manner.

Now, to answer your question, mankind since the beginning has relied on specific biology's to support their sustenance within survival needs. As we have stated this is by agreement on the earthplane. Hunting, in your terms, toward this end was done in a means for survival, and by the campestral societies was done in an honoring fashion, in agreement. The sacrifice was honored. However, in more contemporary times there is hunting for sport, hunting for trophies, hunting for the primordial thrill. That intent is lower chakra, a form of power of entertainment...it is not appropriate, even in the guise that such hunting is needed for keeping numbers in control, and for breeding on hunt farms...if the hunt is for thrill or amusing sport, it is inappropriate, it is not the higher way. Do you understand the difference ?

In current times, it is considered fashionable in certain circles, to see mankind as the greedy destroyer of the Earth and its kingdoms, especially Animal, Plant and Mineral.

It is likewise popular in some 'New Age' circles to see man as the arrogant taker who contaminates the earth, destroys the Natural Earth Kingdoms at the expense of future generations.

There are other versions of probable reality in holographic 'time programs' in which enlightened 'Ascended' humanity honor each other, the Earth and all of her kingdoms in beautiful harmony. Duality programming of the Earth-Plane is intelligently and divinely planned. The 'Trial and Error' evolution of this experience takes into account the learning curve.

And that being said, we tell you that you cannot truly destroy the Earth.

You can and will create the Enlightened Earth by positive focus on its manifestation, not by focal despair that it has not yet occurred.

Nothing is taken from the Earth, or from any of the Earthen Kingdoms, Mineral, Plant and Animal, that is not fully agreed to, fully permitted in the linear reality drama hologram.

It rarely occurs to you that animal kingdom consciousness came into physicality and earthen form by choice, and that the consciousnesses of such animals had a willing choice in the agreement to support humanity, fully aware of the potentials of mans stages of ignorance as humanity evolves.

In the not too distant future, humanity will come to realize , and not only honor the Animal Kingdom, but equally honor, acknowledge & indeed LOVE one another, and the beautiful Earth that nurtures you. Blessings My Friend,

How have you been since we last connected, at the beginning of last month?

In April's Forecast, I shared that there would be several celestial alignments that would inspire rapid changes to occur in our consciousness, and that a big part of this change would include a profound purification of our mind, body and emotions.

The Solar Eclipse at the end of April was the exclamation point that closed the doorway to what was probably one of the most intense yet transformative times in the last 10 years.

If you glided through the past month completely unaffected by the intense energies, then you've probably reached a point of great balance within yourself.

However, if you struggled with those profound shifts, know that you are not alone, and that you are exactly where you are meant to be on your path.

For many, the experiences of the last month have left them asking, "Did that really happen?"

The Release

Last month, many experienced the deeply rooted patterns that contribute to the creation of fear-based reality, which promotes separation, coming to the surface more potently than ever. These patterns came up so strongly this time around, right in front of our faces, so that we can free ourselves of them once and for all.

As a result of the massive release that occurred in April, many felt stretched to their breaking points. This might have shown up in areas such as personal and professional relationships, career, local environment, life purpose, and self-esteem.

Repressed personal experiences from the past (specifically from childhood) that we thought we had already worked through may have resurfaced, in order for deeper healing to occur.

The fact that we made it through this most recent intense cycle is a testament to our resilient nature.

After moving through a huge energetic releasing cycle such as we've all just experienced, there's usually a quiet introspective period that follows. This allows us to reflect on what just happened.

For many, these introspective pauses bring out a wide range of emotions, sparking a heightened sense of sadness, confusion, exhaustion, then eventual relief and joy.

Again, know that this is completely normal. When a person's whole world has been turned upside-down, it's a given that an adjustment period will naturally follow.

The key to moving through this period is to love our way through whatever we are experiencing. That includes loving ourselves through every emotion, even if they may not feel the most comfortable.

Grounding

Entering the month of May, we will have the opportunity to start feeling more grounded again.

When we ground, we instantly align ourselves into the present moment. It's in the present moment that we operate from our most powerful self.

Becoming present allows us to transcend the illusions of time. It's from this space of no-time (a place of non-attachment) that our greatest desired intentions can manifest into our experience.

Here are some simple things we can do to help us feel more grounded:

• Spending time in Nature
• Placing bare feet on Earth (soil, grass, sand)
• Focusing on mindful breathing
• Reflecting on the gifts of our 5 senses, allowing ourselves to fully be present with them (noticing the sounds, shapes, colors, textures, fragrances, tastes occurring in that reflective moment)
• Expressing gratitude daily
• Making time for joyful, belly-shaking laughter
• Looking into the eyes of those we interact with, and remembering that they are a reflection of the Universe

At first, the concept of grounding may seem a bit constricting. This usually stems from ideas that grounding insinuates a fixed or inflexible nature.

By being grounded, we instantly bring ourselves into the present, where again, we are at our most powerful.

It's in the present that most of our freedom is experienced, because we are no longer bound to the past or the future. Consciously choosing to ground ourselves in the present moment leads to a life lived from a state of grace, flow and fluidity.

Renewal

Now that April's energies have passed, many of us are feeling a renewed sense of urgency regarding our life path. You may be experiencing a new level of discontent with your current job or life situation, and wanting to make some changes. You may also be feeling that you need to "get more done" in terms of your life purpose.

It's natural to feel that way after a time of growth and release. But after making it through what has become one of the most challenging times for many on their spiritual journey, a well-deserved rest is in order.

This will give us the nourishment needed to feel renewed and replenished again.

Let's release the need to "figure out" what our next steps need to be, and just use this opportunity right now to rest, play and lighten our loads.

Everything always works itself out when we choose to move out of our own way, and let the Universe take care of the rest.

We are here once again offering you our gratitude as well as encouraging you to remember who you are. You are here in this timeframe, in this physical focus to support and assist the transformation of consciousness. You are the doorway, the portal and the anchor for the awareness of the oneness of all. 

We certainly understand your feelings and sensations of separateness which your physical body provides. We know that you can feel the texture of your skin, the muscles that might be sore or tense, however this is only one small aspect of who you truly are. It is your focus because this reality is dense, and if you bumped your toe, it would certainly cause you a physical sensation of pain and discomfort. 

However if you could see yourself as we observe you, you are swirling atoms of Light. You are energy vibrations, of color and sound. You sparkle and shine. 

So we invite you to begin to imagine or sense this aspect of yourself as pure energy. Recognize and own that you are part of the whole. As pure energy you are connected and move with the energy of the quantum field of oneness. This is your true essence. 

It is important that you remember and establish the clear understanding of yourself as pure energy. And like the physical body that requires certain care for its well-being and sustenance, your energy essence also requires care for its well-being and sustenance. 

Of your five energy fields, the densest is the actual physical body. Next is the etheric energy body often referred to as a Ka body in the Egyptian practices. It is the blueprint or holograph of the physical body. The emotional layer is the field or keeper of your feelings and emotional patterns. The mental layer is created by the vibrations of your thoughts and beliefs. And your higher consciousness vibrates and is anchored at your spiritual layer. 

You are a being of energy, light and vibration. Each of these five energy fields contributes to your individual and unique qualities. This is your personal energy signature. 

It is most important that you consciously and with clear intentions nurture, nourish, sustain and strengthen each of your levels of energy and light, each of your vibrational bodies. 

There are many methods, techniques, and practices that you can consciously employ daily to invigorate, empower and fortify your energy signature. Nourish each level, especially the etheric or Ka body which holds your divine blueprint. 

Mediations, sound vibrations, visualizations in which you call forth and feel cosmic energy flowing into your personal vibrational field will strengthen, and revitalize your core essence. Clearing dense emotions and low vibrational thoughts will also contribute to your light body. Being in nature or visualizing a beloved place in nature will add to your energy well being. Allow energy, light, and prana, the universal life force, to heal, mend and energize you on all five levels of who you are as a being of light vibrations. 

We also invite you to consider the incredible expanded energy layer and awareness of your multidimensional self. It is this energy field that holds and anchors all the others. 

This field of awareness is part of your ascension, part of your understanding that you are truly connected and flowing with the universe. All is truly one energy field; you have named this the quantum field. 

You are interfacing, interacting, moving, dancing, expanding and contracting with this quantum field at all times. Your energy signature, your actions, your thoughts and emotions are affecting this quantum matrix at all times. 

There is a term that is coming into your awareness more and more and that is quantum entanglement. This term relates to the inseparable relationship between all things. When energy fields become connected or entangled, they continue to share energy and information no matter the distance they are apart. They contribute to results and events. 

The quantum world or quantum field we have spoken of many times holds all potential simultaneously. You dear one are connected to this incredible potential, your light body, your multidimensional self, is entangled with this reality and beyond. 

With this understanding, partnered with clear heart intentions and a strong personal energy signature, you can begin to influence this quantum field through the entanglement, the connection with the whole and the oneness of all. 

Imagine owning and honoring the skills of a co-creator with intentions held in the compassionate heart and coming together with others who also carry this understanding. 

Together as group, imagine how you would affect the quantum field and all the potentials. Together your focus and intention could be on life sustaining realities. 

Know that you alone, or together with other physical or non-physical beings, can simply send light and energy through your entangled connection to any area on your planet that is unstable or in conflict. You can direct your enlightened focus and dedication to any aspect of your reality. Begin to use this awareness for healing and balance for all life. 

You could join with others in this physical reality as well as partner with beings in the non-physical realms; you could interface in a new expanded way with the past as well as the future. 

Begin to recognize that you are interconnected with the holographic multiverse through this entanglement of the quantum energy field. You could move from one parallel universe to another. You could, so to speak, make a “quantum leap or quantum jump.” 

We are aware that we are stretching you a bit with this message. However, it is time that you owned who you are. We realize that this physical reality is your main focus and takes up most of your attention. So we come to shake things up a bit and engage you in the bigger picture. 

You are here to transform what is dense and dysfunctional. You are here to honor your connection with divine source energy, the all that is, and the universal life force. 

You are a guardian, a defender, a protector and advocate of light and life. 

Strengthen your own Light body, for it is from that place that you will contribute to your mission and service to this reality and timeframe and all realties and timeframes. Allow the energetic magnetic dynamic forces offered by the celestial ones to strengthen you as well. 

You are a shining, sentient, infinite vortex of conscious light energy. We honor you and your courage to embody a limited physical form. And we invite you to know and understand at your deepest level of understanding that you can expand your awareness and call forth who you are in your most magnificent multidimensional aspect. 

We invite you to feed yourself light, call it forth, envision it pouring into the crown of your head, activating your pineal and filling every cell with healing, energizing light vibrations from the entire quantum field. 

Remember you are powerful beyond measure. You are here to anchor divine conscious life sustaining patterns into all you behold. Begin to play with these ideas we have offered, stretch into the possibilities, allow our words to sustain and empower you. 

We are ever grateful for this opportunity to serve and honor you as you progress and awaken from the imposed vibrations of forgetfulness this earthly reality embraced you with upon your arrival. You are seen and you are acknowledged.

Today we would like to focus your attention upon the power that exists within the present moment. Surely many of you have been told that the present moment is all that ever really exists. However it is our intention to share with you why the now moment is so transformational yet it is so often allowed to slip away while you focus on future events and past regrets.

We have shared with you that time is an illusion. We often refer to all time as being concurrent or simultaneous as each moment is simply another perspective of the now moment. Much of your energy is wasted upon your focus of “future” or “past” events. We often say that if you feel worried you are focused on the future, if you are sad or remorseful you are focused on the past and if you are at peace you are fully present in the now moment. Certainly you do have the ability to feel negatively in the present moment however it is only in the now moment that you have the ability to shift your perspective.

Many of you have allowed much of your life to pass by without truly feeling the power that the now moment holds. It is where all of your creative power lies. Being present in the now moment allows you to accurately gauge how you are feeling, right now. What you feel right now is attracting more experiences similar to the vibration that you are choosing to maintain. Many allow the concerns of the future to rob them of the peace of mind they can hold in the now moment. We can assure you that the desires and the dreams that you have for your “future” will bring you no more peace of mind, no more happiness than you are able to secure in this now moment. Yet many look to the future and say “I will be happy when or I will be happy if”; however the happiness and peace of mind that you seek will continue to elude you if you continue to seek to find your happiness in what you have not manifested yet. We are not saying that you cannot have dreams and desires to work towards, what we are saying is that accomplishing those dreams and desires will not bring you more peace of mind and joy if you do not learn to stay present in the moment and enjoy the moment you are in.

You see, you will continue to push the dreams and desires into your future while you chase the “dangling carrot”. Why you ask, because you are not vibrating at the resonance required to attract those dreams and desires into your life. We can tell you that the feeling of gratitude is far more powerful in manifesting your dreams than any other emotion that you can summon. You see, so many are trying to manifest their dreams and desires by feeling the gratitude they “will” feel when they have it. Yet this is not actually how the manifestation process works. You manifest your dreams and desires by being grateful right now for all that you do have. Only then will you attract more to be grateful for.

Many of you have learned of the tremendous power your thoughts hold, and as a result many of you try to force yourselves to think positively as often as you possibly can remember to. To this we smile. Surely, a positive mind will attract positive experiences, what you focus on expands. However, it is not that you have to continually think of positive thoughts, but rather be joyful, grateful and at peace in this now moment that will bring to you more moments that will allow you to continue to feel joyful, grateful and at peace.

As you sit and ponder how your dreams and desires will manifest into your lives and how happy you will be when you achieve those dreams, you continue to keep them in your “future”. So often do we hear “If only my dreams came true today I could then be happy and at peace”. Let us share with you the key to manifesting your dreams; the more you enjoy the now moment the faster your dreams and desires will flow into your present now moment. When you learn to live in the present moment, synchronicity aligns with your being in every moment and you will wonder how you ever lived any other way. You see, contrary to what many believe, the obstacles on your path are not in your way; rather they are the way to manifesting your dreams and desires. They are part of the manifestation of your dreams. If they were not, they would not be there. The more you enjoy the path that you are on, the faster your dreams and desires will be able to manifest in your reality.

We would like for you to become present in this very moment, what do you feel right now? Do not think about what must get done in the next hour, day or week, we want you to think about this very moment. How do you feel? You will find that in this exact now moment you have the ability to be at peace, to feel joy, to choose happiness. The stress that many of you feel on a regular basis fades, when you zero in on this exact now moment, with no other thoughts, cares or concerns other than this exact moment. It is only when you allow yourself to start focusing on the future again that you find the fear, frustration, concern, stress, judgment and worry to reenter your mind. To constantly live in the future of “what’s to come” is a learned habit that many of you have formed, however each of you have the ability to retrain your mind to be present in the now moment much more often.

When you feel the rush of fear, worry and stress begin to flood your mind we ask that you direct your focus once again back to this present now moment. The worries that you hold are based on “if’s” and impending probabilities, yet they have not actually happened. Those manifestations are only what your logical mind fears “will” take place. The only way that you can prevent or solve those probable future concerns is being fully present in this now moment. We ask that you allow yourself the gift of peace that can only be felt in this now moment; it is where your creative power lies. You will direct your future now moments based on the thoughts, feelings, and emotions that you hold right now. Remember, fear and happiness are both choices, its up to you to decide which one you would like to feel right now.

So we remind you, be present, be in peace and enjoy this moment.

Many of you may have questioned why I have been reticent to talk in depth about the EVENT, many channels have also touched upon the EVENT but with little depth and there is a solid reason for this. Many filter out that the reality that exists around you, through you and within you INTERACTS with you, through you and within you at all moments of all moments. In other words the old 3d earth created reality is not a “static” reality, it moves and shifts as ALL move and shift. You are TAUGHT within the old 3d earth created reality that you are born into the human race and that you are then affected by all that is ALREADY here, this is highly distorted for human life expands and shifts at all moments of all moments, for energy JUST IS and energy flows constantly at all moments of all moments.

The difference between the old 3d earth created reality and the New Earth is that the old 3d earth created reality has a LIMIT, it has a CEILING as it were, so you can have expansion but only to a certain frequency level, beyond this you are contained and suppressed and the way in which the teachings of the old 3d earth created reality are designed you are SELF POLICED at various points up until the very last edge of the bandwidth.

Many of you are now experiencing this “CEILING” and many of you may be in much anxiety for you can FEEL the push of the New Earth energies moving you HIGHER in frequency and vibration but you may be blind at a very human conscious waking mind level to where you are in fact “going”. In TRUTH you are EXPANDING, but you are expanding into a reality that you have been PREVENTED from ever experiencing at a human conscious waking mind level.

View yourself as within a bubble, this bubble is pretty strong, the bubble in this analogy you have been taught is the edge of the world, as you look to the sky and to the clouds you see the edge of said “bubble”. Everything within this bubble you are TAUGHT is safe, at all times you are TAUGHT to remain within the bubble and are taught that anything outwith this bubble is a danger to you.

Much like animals in a field that has an electric fence around the field you only have to venture to the edge of the field, FEEL the jolt of electricity and you never have to move anywhere near the fence again. Much like the bubble, except the frequency of the energetic space that planet earth resides within has just expanded, so the bubble is being burst not only from the inside but from BEYOND.

Remember you are incarnate into a human vehicle, but you are not totally incarnate into your human vehicle, your SOUL resides OUT WITH your human vehicle and therefore OFF PLANET. This is filtered out by many in their human form, as the SOUL is not physically seen then the human logical mind assumes that the physical representation that you have taken upon and within this planet is all that there is.

The “ascension” process up until this moment has sought to align you fully with your SOUL, so that you are collecting and healing the fragments of SELF that have been scattered across the various karmic dimensional timelines and this strengthens you at a SOUL level, this then flows INTO and through your human vehicle as the LOVE that IS, in TRUTH you are balancing yourself both OFF and ON planet. So you are balancing and heightening your energy from BOTH SIDES of the BUBBLE in this analogy. This works to BURST THE BUBBLE of containment and many of you are reaching this frequency.

ALL is frequency and the removal of the “ceiling”, the bursting of the bubble if you will is PERSONAL and UNIQUE to each individual human vehicle alive upon and within this planet. This is why I have always stated that the EVENT is personal and why many have filtered this out, allowing the teachings to help them filter out the personal life that is lived upon and within this planet.

For how much you have aligned with your SOUL is personal to your SOUL mission and the reason for your incarnation upon and within this planet. NOT ALL HAVE THE SAME MISSION OR REASON to have incarnated upon and within this planet. This is contrary to much of the distorted spiritual teachings within the old 3d earth created reality that seek to teach that ALL ARE ONE but that ALL have the same mission. This is not TRUTH and is not supported in the New Earth.

At this moment upon and within planet earth you are asked to find BALANCE and to allow the flow of the LOVE that IS to gain in momentum and to flow FREELY through you, around you and within you and to allow the events that are placed in your waking reality and have been manifest by both YOU at a personal human conscious waking mind level and YOUr SOUL to show you TRUTH to new levels.

Life upon and within planet earth for the entire human race will now shift and expand and grow for the bubble as it bursts will allow a more intense and concentrated flow of the New Earth energies into and within the planets surface. View it as a giant bubble and the 7 billion human vehicles each personally piercing through to their New Earth realities. When “critical mass” is achieved then the entire bubble that is old 3d earth created reality will dissolve completely. This is a process that unfolds each moment to each moment and NO timescale can be placed on this as 7 billion human vehicles and therefore 7 billion SOULS are interacting with this at all moments of all moments.

At this moment you are asked to LET GO and allow the flow. From this ALL else flows, having TRUST and FAITH in this process will allow this to flow more smoothly, just because you cannot at a human physical waking mind level “see” beyond the bubble of the old 3d earth created reality does not negate what is beyond.

If you are driving a car you do not need to see the entire road spread out before you, you drive each stretch of the road, trusting the vehicle will get you to your destination by following the road as it illuminates. YOUr SOUL has a birds eye view of your journey, your human vehicle has a road level view. TRUST in your SOUL will see you navigate beyond where you have ever gone in this your human form upon this planet.

How will you spend it?

How many times must you read or hear or see something that validates your own knowing – before you trust your own truth? The ones that have come before you, those you’ve heard tell of, that have done the seemingly impossible – did not hold any greater power than you do right now.

The difference is that they believed. They did not come up to the moment and look around for some greater or wiser “other” to explain to them the process. They showed up and did what came naturally to them. They operated from their core truth. It was all they knew. It was enough.

The ideas embedded deeply in your subconscious around hierarchy, worship, fear and payment were planted there intentionally from the beginning. They come from training, not truth.

As the story of the origin of man is told, it sounds familiar. There may be a part of you questioning which chapters are true NOW. There have been so very many lies. But you know. It is held within you.

There is no place in which you are less. Throw out the word “only”. You are not merely a color or a gender or a name – you are a god. You hold no limitations.

Your life is not here to be spent, as if in exchange for something else, something better. It is meant to be lived. In all cases there is nothing better to trade it in for. There is right now, the focal point of creation, the moment where it all begins.

What will you do with this treasure? There is no greater gift than NOW. Enlightenment does not take you away from anything. It exposes what’s been there all along. You do not need to learn how to be what you are. Listen. You’ve carefully placed reminders all around you.

They show up in whispers and websites, neighbors and strangers. This is not a test and no studying is necessary. You cannot cheat. You wrote it and are taking it as a sort of game. You can play as long as you choose.

As we engage you’ll recognize and remember moves you’ve made before, many times. There are old favorites, signature strategies meant to supply specific emotional content. Now they’ve been exposed. You are free to choose the outcome of this round. The familiar pulls but you are aware now. You know a fruitless effort when you see one. No one has to tell you what doesn’t work.

The amazing part is here. It’s like nothing you’ve imagined and better. This is so because, as master craftsmen and women, you’ve held a picture of the exquisite always in your heart. It’s what you do. Many billion versions of perfection are creating this moment with full hearts and wide open eyes.

You were there at the beginning, eagerly nodding your head as you signed up for this experiment. Why? Not for pain or suffering or loss or debt, although you knew that was included. You signed up for right now. The realization and recognition of your eternal essence is beyond your wildest imaginings.

As our friend Bob Wright said so beautifully, “Look into each others eyes and see the angels that have been prophesied. It is you.”

You are the ones we’ve been waiting for.
